Philadelphia Candies Solid Milk Chocolate Easter Bunny, 12 Ounce Gift Bag

This has been the go to chocolate since I was kid. One of the many candies that was in my Easter basket. Better than any store bought chocolate you will ever have. Highly recommend.

First of all the chocolate was delicious and nicely packaged for presentation. The issue is that when the order is fulfilled by Amazon it does not come with a cold pack. As this was an out of season item, it was the only option available. As you can imagine shipping a chocolate rabbit this time of year is quite hazardous to its health. He did arrive very melted, but after spending an evening in the fridge, he was enjoyed by all. Bottom line, if you don't mind a little reconstitution, go for it. If you do, wait for Easter. Would buy again, any time of year.

UPDATE: Philly Candies communicated with me quite extensively regarding the badly handled product by the shipper earlier and I reordered bunny despite Easter having passed. The result was a perfectly packed bunny with no breaks, not even a scratch! The company went out of their way to make sure I was able to try their fabulous chocolate and they have me sold for next year's Easter basket goodies. This is a wonderful milk chocolate bunny made by an excellent chocolatier. Thank you Philly Candies for the wonderful product, you have my loyalty as well as, I am sure, the rest of my family in the future! Old Review: This bunny came broken in pieces. It was badly packaged and the box was shredded. I had really wanted to try the Philly Candies, in hopes we would switch from Sees to Philly's, but since the bunny was in pieces and the box was trashed it's being sent back to the company. Amazon did clarify that they shipped it, so it's not the fault of Philadelphia Candies, but wasn't good enough for the Easter basket in pieces. Not sure if we'll ever get around to trying their chocolate now. We'll see about next year I guess.

I have been buying my Easter Candy from this store for more than 5 years, Excellant chocolate, great selection including old tome favorite from childhood ,Cream filled, Fruit &nut filled and Maple cream eggs.

I just bought this last week prior to Easter for $15 it was very good however I went to purchase it again just now, after Easter and the price has increased to $19. Unfortunately I won't pay more than $15 for it which was a fair price but 19 is pricing it out of reality. I will simply buy Cadbury at the grocery store which is almost as good as Philadelphia chocolates and definitely much lower priced.

Have purchased these a couple of years and had only good things to say. Previously they were packaged in plastic and tucked into a pouch. This year they arrived only in plastic that looked as if it had come from a discount or dollar store! These are not cheap and expected more from a chocolatier. Will hesitate to purchase again.

Always the best! Much better than mass produced chocolate.

So this was an Easter bunny for my husband who prefers plain milk chocolate to almost anything else. The rabbit came intact, in time and in a really neat cloth bag, boxed and bubble wrapped. He says it taste good and he's picky about his chocolate, so this was a win. I will be shopping this company next year too.

Great to have the ability to order this solid bunny in the UK. Great tasting chocolate and a firm family favourite which we had to import from the US so glad we now have simple access. The kids love them so looking forward to the solid santa for christmas.
