Great beater knife and the best bait knife ever
I have purchased many Moras and sung their praises to anyone with a passing interest in knives. They're universally well-made out of quality materials and cheap as chips, so if you lose or somehow manage to break one, you wouldn't feel as gut-punched as you would with a pricier knife. The Craftline series is their budget option, but retains all of the values that make the Companion andother higher-end Moras excellent while coming in at a price point that wouldn't seem out of place on a cheap Chinese knife. The Sandvik steel is excellent, with good edge retention and outstanding corrosion resistance. The molded-on handle is as comfortable as that on any other Mora and the size is perfect for most day to day tasks. This most recent purchase of mine was for use as a saltwater fishing bait knife and it's turned out to be perfect for that task - the sheath clipped neatly on to the pouch I keep my FishBites and soft plastics in and the keen edge makes fast work of turning blue runners and ladyfish into bait. The steel has proven pretty much immune to corrosion so far, despite only getting a dunk into the Gulf and a wipe down at the end of each trip. There are tons of other uses for these cheerful little knives, but as a bait knife, it's perfect, and preferable to the 'nicer' Mora offerings.

Great Camping Knife
I really like these Morakniv brand the 546 is solid and sharp, lightweight and affordable. I carry it camping and fishing. I would carry it hunting but I don't hunt. It has a full handle, meaning you can get all four fingers around it for a full grip and a solid cut. The steal is sharp and ready to go. The case locks the knife inplace and I haven't had it fall out yet. I like the orange handle so I can lay it down on the ground and find it again. Your not going to pound tent stakes in with it, like a K-bar, but that's not its intended purpose. I like it so much I bought two.

Conststent mora quality. Sharp!
Mora is always usefull. I used 160 sand on handle for slimy outdoor work. Very easy to touch up with diamond sharpener, stropping with red compound is so sharp! Stays sharp without chipping. Can fix slight roll overs if touching metal. Carbon will chip more than this wonderfull stainless steel. No rust!

Another great Mora
This is another great knife from Mora. Very handy, very lightweight knife. As usual, great value from Mora with great stainless steel blade sharp as a razor. This knife is identical to the 511 except for stainless instead of carbon steel blade and blue instead of red handle. The knife is also similar to the Pro S except for greater blade width and rubberized handle on the Pro S. Sheath is basic plastic but does it's job. Mora saved on production costs by not finishing the spine of the blade very well but this is easily remedied with a file or coarse sandpaper. The steel is the excellent Sandvik 12C27 stainless and I confirmed this by direct communication with Mora customer service. They also informed me that Mora will soon be switching to a cheaper stainless steel for the Craftline series so you better grab this version while you can. To quote "Today we have the Sandvik 12C27 in the 546. However, since this is the best stainless steel we can find, but also a more expensive steel, we have decided to go for almost the best instead for our Craftsmen/utility knives, which include the 546. This is a way to differentiate further between our outdoor knives and craftsmen knives to save the Sandvik steel for the outdoor range. So in the future, don't know exactly when, the steel will be a German steel that we have tested and with our heat treatment process we can make it more or less just as good as the Sandvik steel." Overall outstanding buy for a great work knife.

EXCELLENT KNIVES
Excellent little knife. Not a high priced knife but I own several of these and they are very good quality. Very sharp and hold an edge. Also easy to sharpen and maintain a sharp edge after hard use. Not wild about the sheath with this one knife but it is good quality, maybe just a personal preference, although the other sheaths I have are nice. Overall I love these Sweden knives and will definitely buy more of them. You cannot beat the price for the quality of these knives

Would be 5 stars but for minor thing on this great knife.
This is an incredible knife! Than can tear thru anything like butter! I really like the price too you can't beat for good quality too. The handle I like but wish it didn't have the thumb guard like the Mora companion. There was a bit of marks in the knife's spine but can be taken off with file or belt sander. I like the companion better cause of grip and not having a thumb guard and wish it was on this knife cause I would bought this over the Mora companion. I bought the Mora Companion version and used this one as a nice gift for a relative.

Incredible knife for the money
This is an inexpensive knife, not a cheap one. The Swiss made blade takes a great edge and keeps it over my long wood carving sessions. A quick stropping and right back to work with a razors edge. I was going to complain about the cheap plastic handle and scabbard, but both of them make the knife very light. Easy to use and easy carry. It’s become the one I carry everyday. I’ll say it once more, an incredible knife for the money.
