Price is reasonable
It's great price and it fits perfectly in our projector and works perfectly

Worked for maybe 200 hours and then literally exploded.
Item installed just fine. Out of the gate, it worked just fine. It's in a projector in our basement so it's not used very often. This morning, after I would say less than 200 working hours, the bulb exploded, smoke came from the projector and set-off my smoke detector for ~ 5 minutes. Very disappointing. I guess you get what you pay for sometimes. The price SEEMED right.....

Not durable, look elsewhere!
If I could rate this 0, I would. We purchased June 29, 2025. It has less than 30 hours of use and overheated and burst within 4 months.

Good Choice
So far so good... The installation was easy and the display is good.

Very dim. Unusable after ~350h.
When new it took a long time to warm up and wasn't really better than the OEM after thousands of hours. Now after 360h the bulb is so dim it needs replacing.

Rolling the Dice
The XIM P-VIP 240/0.8 E20.9n from seller only lasts about 1/4 to 1/3 as long as a stock bulb. Bought a 2nd one since the price was cheap and had to return since it didn't even light up. Ended up going with a stock bulb from ebay.

Lamp exploded in projector after 4 months of use. Really disapointed!
