Nice cloths but on open sores they hurt a bit

I have this for months now & never used it as I didn't know it had to be replaced after a few uses. It is too expensive to be replacing very often!I bought an exfoliating glove at bed bath & beyond for $5, which is easily washed & sturdy enough to last 2-3+ years. The clothes are small & why would you want a soft non exfoliating cloth when you want to exfoliate (one of the two cloths is soft)! This leaves you with a $16+ small cloth that will last maybe 8 uses or less. The exfoliating cloth seems too soft also, although it may turn more rubbery if wet, which might be how it works, but I still don't want to use it. This is typical of luxury spa type items. Bad purchase.
