This is a favorite flavor in our household and the stores only have packs of 6 or 8 at the moment so this came in clutch! I actually ordered all the flavors for some variety but cookies and cream is the best one yet

For only 20 grams of protein there’s rven more than that in added sugar. It tastes like a candy bar but that’s because it essentially is. It’s not filling, it’s so sweet I crave more. 20 g of protein is not worth how bad this is for you. Delicious for sure, and fresh. I wouldn’t buy unless you’re doing a sloppy bulk.

Alright let me start off by saying yes, these do have 29g of added sugar. But that's what makes them taste so good! How many protein bars have you had that are mediocre at best? This is double the size of those. And yes, maybe it's double the calories too, but there's more substance here. These protein bars are massive. I have one for lunch and I'm pretty good until dinner. At 350 calories and 20g of protein, that's not a bad lunch. And as far as the sugar goes, honestly who cares. Sugar isn't going to kill you. It's not like you're gonna be eating 3 of these a day, and even if you did, whatever. These protein bars actually taste good, keep you satisfied, and still have 20g of protein each. If you're fed up with mediocre tasting protein, go ahead and give these a shot. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
