Review: Shake it very well and maybe use a little more for certain recipes! - I really like the Rose extract. I used this for my coconut flour bread (as I don’t eat any gluten). I found if I shook it REALLY WELL before adding it to the dough and using a little more than the recommended ‘couple of drops’ really gave my bread a nice, noticeable Rose flavor. I don’t eat sugar so I used Monk Fruit to slightly sweeten the bread. It turned out really flavorful and my husband actually like it!!! I’m eager to try the Lavender and the Cardamom.

I really like the Rose extract. I used this for my coconut flour bread (as I don’t eat any gluten). This is great. Small amount gives big flavor. Works great when infusing water to make traditional chai tea. About 1/4tsp was enough to flavor 24oz of tea for it. Was pleasantly surprised.
