After that it was smooth sailing. It defiantly works as shown and you get consistent burgers. I had a little trouble flipping my burgers the first time as there is a gap where the hole is so the meat wants to droop down so I may need to cook it a bit longer on the bottom and adjust my cooking times.I did enjoy adding cheese to the center as it no longer drips into my grill, that alone is a great reason to get this press.
