Thanks to these, I have started to work out on a regular basis. Hate going to the gym and can't use free weights due to a disease in my hand. These are great. The only thing is I wish they came with a second set of handles. Switching them back and forth during my workout is a hassle and end up not using the handles at all. Quality is great and would highly recommend them.

I bought my first pair for about $75 dollars as COVID was sweeping across the country and I went into lock down. Fours months later after using the set 2-3X per week two of the bands snapped. When I saw in September they were now being sold for about $15 I jumped on the chance to purchase 2 sets. They don't last long, but for that price I won't complain.
