We gave him a couple of weeks after the last day of school gore we started. I like that it has a schedule and daily assigned tasks but so far we’ve just been skipping through the book. He probably won’t be able to finish all the sheets so it should last us all summer. I’m glad we got something because the first simple assignment showed me just how much he had already forgotten even on his strongest of subjects. It’s not full of difficult tasks, just routine enough that it keeps him engaged and he can work on bettering his weaker subjects. Over the past few years I have pulled worksheets and activities from various websites for him to complete daily because he still needs structure & practice throughout the summer. This workbook has saved me so much time from doing this and it’s something he can easily carry with him. It is well-made and definitely good quality. Review: These are our favorite so far - Last summer we went with the Summer Bridge Activities books and my kids we frustrated that the workbook had them learning more upcoming skills rather than reviewing the previous year. I was unhappy I pretty much had to homeschool them the entire summer on these new skills. I am not a teacher, I just wanted to keep their brains active during the summer. However, this book is PERFECT. Just enough of every subject and review of previously learned skills that they were happy they understood every section on their own. Only the last week of the book had new skills they hadn't learned yet but it was simple enough for them to easily figure out. If you seek a true review of the school year in most subjects I highly recommend this series.

Great simmer review book
This was just the perfect blend for summer. Probably did about 15 minutes a day. I liked the bite size blend of math, grammar, geography, vocabulary with a few puzzles and mazes.

Great summer solution
I was worried about my kids experiencing the "summer slide" and this workbook was a perfect solution. 2 pages per day with varying activities was just the right amount to keep their brains active while not feeling like they are doing homework in the summer.

Great product!
We get these every summer. My daughter is in the 3rd grade currently and every book we’ve gotten in the past puts her above her classmates so she doesn’t feel like she’s not getting it. She gets excited when she comes home and tells me that she was introduced to something she already learned over the summer. Will continue to purchase these!

Good variety of activities
I bought this book because I had one for my older kid that I really liked. I really like the variety of activities in this book but the material presented is way too easy for my just finished 3rd grade kid.
