Do you think this watercolour pens can do the picture like they put in their photos? Did they tell you how to use it? I know one brand does.

The pens are easy to use and produce excellent colouring for both fine lines and block work. They blend nicely and are worth every penny.

Can you buy individual replacement pens

I don't think you can buy individual pens,so you would have to purchase the full set.

What is the best way to store these?

I store mine tip down, it makes choosing the colour easier. I’ve had no issues with this way of storing them
