The fabric is soft with the perfect amount of stretch and washes so well. My only complaint is the length of the sleeves. I purchased these for my winter born baby, but the sleeves are essentially 3/4 length. Which means the mitten-cuffs are not functional. This is a pretty big mood killer to an otherwise fantastic product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will only use kimono style onesies for a newborn and these are great *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 19, 2020* These kimono style onesies for a newborn are absolutely perfect. I feel silly that I ever bought the ones that go over the head. These are so easy to get on and take off and easy to change diapers with. The only negative I would say is that there is a lot of fabric because of the overlapping front panels right at the belly button area. It was a little irritating for my baby and I think her belly button came off a little bit earlier than it should have but I can’t say for certain if that was because of the onesie or just Time for a bellybutton to fall off. When they arrived they were definitely big. My newborn is pretty small at 7 lbs. 1 oz. at birth but is almost 8 pounds at two weeks. The length of the onesie is good but it is quite wide. When they arrived I was even more skeptical but they did shrink the perfect amount in the wash.
