Fair to middling
Easy to tie, but rather translucent and hard to get out of box one at a time. Expensive.

ARM AND HAMMER DISPOSABLE HANDLES
I had to phone the company who made the pooper scooper I purchased believe the name is BambooThese bags do fit on it by using the handles to place in the insert areas. This should be mentioned on the product itself and dimensions would help. My unit is no longer made but Arm and Hammer bags were utilized in the handle portion --which were larger bags and it appears these bags are no longer made. Works out ok still smaller than what the company stated on the phone to me.

Disappointing
These bags are hard to tie & clumsy to pull from the box individually. At least they do control the odor. However there are much better products on the market - I won't be buying these again.

My favorite poo-bags
I prefer these handle-tie bags to the small rolls that you can attach to the leash, since the handle makes it easier to tie up and carry until you come to a trash can. I've found that with the bags that come in a roll, it can be difficult to see the perforations to tear, especially if you are walking your dog early in the morning or late at night, when the sun is not fully up. I usually just grab a couple on our way out the door, and tie the bags directly to the leash handle.I've been using these bags for years, and I have never once come across one with a hole in it. I also have not noticed much smell as I am carrying the "full" bag with me. (If you are experiencing smell problems, that might be a dog food issue more than a poo-bag issue.)

Difficult to dispense, Expensive, and who wants to SEE the Poop?
Who really wants to see dog mess smeared inside a translucent bag? I'm not squeemish, but I think it's rude to expose passers by to up close visuals of dog poop. I pick up about 8 poops a day ranging from those of toy breed to large breeds. I'm quite the expert on poop bags and these are not at all practical. DogiPot has a better bag EPI also makes a great bag and both are biodegradable. But these brands do not have bags on a roll. As for bags on a roll, I have not found one that I love yet. Bags on board has decent quality bags but I've not seen them in black. To be practical for a wide range of dog messes, a dog poop pickup bag should be:1) Black or opaque plastic2) Large enough to accommodate both hands for scooping large or wet messes (for owners of small dogs only, this is unecessary)3) Biodegradable4) On a roll that fits common poop bag dispensers5) Thick enough that you don't fear bits of dried grass or sticks poking through the plastic as you scoop

Good value
I liked the ties and the scent. Wish that it was easier to get the bags out of the box.

Pleasant smelling poop bags!
I came across these by accident and couldn't remember where I bought them, so of course I found them on Amazon and bought more. It's hard to believe, but the good smell lingers even as you walk home with the bags containing dog waste. I no longer dread the long walk home, carrying a used bag, after one of my dogs chose to relieve himself just a short time into the walk! I even like the bright colors :)

I hate these bags!
I can't believe Target replaced the Out! Petcare bags with these. Clearly Arm & Hammer muscled their way onto store shelves. These bags are so thin and of poor quality. The cost of the better bags was $5.49 for 100. Now for almost 50% more in price you receive 25% less bags (75) that are quite disgusting to use. Apparently the creator/designer of this bag does not own a dog. I am not a fan at all of this product and quite displeased Arm & Hammer knocked the better competition from the shelves.
