Great switch, easy to fit as long as you have the correct wiring and a deep enough back box. I already had the smart life app, connecting to that was the easiest of all my smart devices, the app picked up the switch as soon as it was powered.

Easy product to install, you’ll need a neutral wire which is fairly easy to route if it’s not in the existing switch wiring already, a deep switch back box (42mm) else you’ll not get the BSEED screwed down flush with the back box. Pairing was easy although the instructions are a tad harder to follow, wire it up, slipped the glass front onto the front of the circuit board and then press the switches until they flash purple. If you use the Tuya app auto scan, it finds the switch and does the rest, works with Alexa although the TUYA API update seems to have messed up anything you do with Alexa routines, the rest of the Alexa functionality works as expected.

This is a decent smart switch and generally works well. I bought it for out in my garage where I have another make which controls the garden lights. It occasionally drops connection whereas the other doesn't so I presume the receiver isn't as sensitive BUT given its position, about 12 metres from the wifi signal and through a wall, it does not bad. If you installed this in the house I very much doubt there would be an issue. The indicator lights could be brighter when the lights are not switched on and there isn't a wifi signal indicator. I'd have liked a power indication in the app as you get with some of the sockets you buy but that's a nice to have that I'm sure will come later. If you want a simple switch for inside the house this works well it's easy to set up and is decent value.

I have been on 2 days with support trying to get a 2 gang wifi switch to connect. The single gangs work fine. I have told them I am on the 2.4ghz wifi frequency, ap mode doesnt bring up the hotspot. I have asked how to start pairing mode as the instructions online are for single gang and do not work for double. My answer from them, make sure you are using 2.4, try ap mode and go to the FAQ page. I am replacing a broken to gang and the old one took 2 hours fiddle on to get working. I would like to add after a week I give up. The support on the smart life app don't know what they are talking about. They suggested using a different app and if that does not work to make sure the buttons work so I can turn the lights on manually. There are way cheaper manual light switches clearly. Its like I bought a one with the WIFI feature for no reason. Id like to add I can get the lights to flash, which looks like pairing mode but its advised they are flashing to fast and thats only if I get lucky to make them flash.

Great looking switches. Easy to install and set up via the Smart Life app connecting them to both Alexa and Google Couple of things to note. Need at least 35mm back box. Most of mine were either 16mm or 25mm. There is an option of buying a surround to give you extra 10mm, but I decided against this idea and instead dig the holes out deeper. Not compatible with 2 way lighting so can't have them for stairs etc.

The device was easy to install, looks good and paired immediately and easily. Unfortunately it tends to lose connection to the WiFi regularly, and that can be annoying (a couple of power plugs and other devices in the same room do not have any issue)

We installed this switch as we have barn doors and awkwardly there’s a switch behind the door that every time we wanted the lights on or off we had to close the doors. We could move the switch as it would have been a big job and doors can only slide one way open. Now we just ask Alexa to turn the lights off and on, you can ask her to turn one or both on and off. No more sliding the doors closed now to get too the light switch.

I got this switch when I got my kitchen done. Electrician said was easy to fit. Connecting to WiFi/Alexa was easily done. Set it up to operate the lights both together or separately depending on whether I want low light or bright. Just brilliant especially when your hands are full! Highly recommend.

Ich baue die Schalterserie seit Jahren mit den Artikeln von BSEED aus und bin absolut zufrieden. Die Qualität ist top und auch nach Jahren sieht die Schalterserie aus wie neu. Ich hatte bisher noch keine defekte Steckdosen, Schalter usw. Allerdings sollte man Ahnung haben wenn man die Schalter mit WLAN Funktion verbaut, da diese auch einen Neutralleiter (N) benötigen. Oftmals liegen diese allerdings nicht in den Schalterunterputzdosen bereit und man muss diese von den Steckdosen "ziehen" Auch haben diese Schalter keine Klemmvorrichtung und müssen in die Unterputzdosen verschraubt werden.

Schalter kam schnell und gut verpackt an. Installation und Einrichtung klappte einwandfrei. Funktion ohne Probleme. Jetzt, nach 1,5 Monaten funktioniert er nicht mehr. Mache ich den Rahmen mit der Glasscheibe ab kann ich das Licht schalten. Mache ich den Rahmen wieder drauf, funktioniert nichts mehr. Es hat den Anschein, dass die eingebauten Sensoren in der Empfindlichkeit nachgelassen haben.
