Tastes amazing and does help hydrate you. I have a medical condition and related medication required to take for it and it dehydrates the F out of me. My neurologist told me to get an electrolyte and specifically said this brand was great and he even takes it himself. I agree. It tastes great and not super chemical and fake. It mixes well and digests well without upsetting my stomach. It’s good quality without tons of filler junk and sugar inside. I don’t know about energy level so I can’t say - I have medically low energy level so it doesn’t necessarily help me there but it might help normal other people without a condition. I really like this product. I got my mom on this product after she tried many other high sugar ones in the store with tons of filler. She is obsessed with this brand now too. Yes, definitely feel a difference after drinking. I drink one after cup of coffee and one in the afternoon. Ive eliminated the energy drinks. Taste good as well! Slightly less expensive than some of the competitors.

My husband hates drinking water which is so weird to me cause I love water,.. just plain water. I usually never drink anything but water. I got this for him so he so he could get more water intake. He loves it,.. the blue one is his favorite, my girls love it, and I actually do too. It dissolves easily,.. Some days I will have a little and it’s super tasty. I also love knowing it’s great ingredients and actually doing something for our body! Overall, yes!!

This stuff is legit! The lemon one is also good! It’s better than liquid IV. I would recommend using an electric frother/whisk to mix it though as it just sits at the top of the water but it’s not a big deal. Tastes great and you get 90 servings for 45$!

This is a great source of electrolytes. It’s a little pricey (EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE.) For the first time in my life I’m truly struggling as I get ready to turn 65!
