Excellent product. Produces a powerful high quality light which is equally suitable for general illumination,task work and emergency. The product is well designed and durable and its small size makes it easily portable while still providing excellent performance. The in-built handle doubles as a convenient and effective stand. The power supply system is perhaps the best feature. The light is supplied with two of the popular Lithium-ion 18650 cells. These are recharged by the integral usb charger. In addition the light can also be operated from 4 standard AA batteries-either rechargeable or standard alkaline cells. This means that the light could be used continuously if required and that a power source is available virtually anywhere. And finally the very reasonable price represents really excellent value. I am a professional portable lighting designer so like to think I am well qualified to rate this product.

So pleased with these - such great value for money, and come with rechargeable batteries and charging cable too. An added bonus is that they can be used as power banks to charge up mobile phones, etc. I was prompted to write this review as I've noticed others have commented that they don't hold much charge. My advice is to fully charge before first use to get maximum battery life - items with rechargeable batteries are usually shipped with a minimal charge, so it could be that others are judging battery life based solely on this. My lamps are fully charged up and have got plenty of life in them.

Bright and apparently robust construction, but there were no guidelines for setup/use of these lights e.g. charging time, charging indicator meaning (flashing/constant), run time on a full charge. Once the battery compartment sliding cover was found the installation of batteries was fairly intuitive. The batteries had some charge because the lights shone immediately on their installation. When connected to a power source using the USB connectors provided, the red indicator lights flashed and after about 3 hours showed solid so I assumed that the this meant the batteries were now fully charged.

Bought two of these lights five months ago so feel confident to review. Very bright light on full power which lasts up to 3 hours, longer on second setting. This seems very good to me. Robust and lightweight. Good for working outdoors allowed me to work late on shed I was building in garden in November. Also used as a child light on landing when my Granddaughter comes to visit, lasted all night on lower setting. Good value, good product. Warnings: must charge up properly before use can take a while. No instructions enclosed so have to use your initiative.

I really like these lights. I use them mostly to watch my dog in the garden after dark, and they throw light more of a distance than I expected. They have a bright or a dimmer option, plus a flashing option as well, all by clicking through a rotation of options. Do not look directly at these unless you want to be seeing shapes in front of you for a while after. :) Not used for sitting outside as yet, but I will at some point I expect.

I was surprised at how much light these give off and how long the battery lasted. I worked outside on my car for 5 hours didnt need to charge it and i only needed one due to how much light they give off. so far im on 6 hours from the first charge, and if they go flat they can take AA batteries in an emergency. Update - I’ve used these working on my house re-wiring with no power, these fill the room with light and just keep lasting! Heartily recommend them

I work on several motorcycles in my garage and getting light onto the work area is always a problem - or was. These lights are excellent and free-standing so that I now have strong light where I want it, when I want it. This has solved my greatest garage problem. I strongly recommend these lights. I have given them a 5 star rating, including Battery life, though I have not had them long. They have already exceeded my expectations regarding the battery life.

Positives: Very bright, quite robust, easy to work with. Negatives: No magnetic parts, supplied rechargeable batteries last NOWHERE NEAR the stated 2-3 hour full-strength period. Mine dim after 50 minutes. Summary: If they were honest about the length of charge and I had made my purchasing choice based on that, I would be giving them 5 stars all round. As it is, I'm peed off with the false claims and consequently won't trust this seller and/or manufacturer again. Simples.
