These bands are really great as a workout tool. I broke my ankle almost a yr & a 1/2 ago & still can't walk (my ligaments & tendons & muscles are damaged & SLOWLY healing) so I got these for a variety of reasons (physical therapists use these but I can't afford a P.T. so I do it on my own) to build my muscles (also on high quality protein for muscle building & strength & Collagen for all it does plus to repair my ligaments & tendons) & these aid the protein. So they're made super strong very flexible came overnighted (had a problem with the delivery person tho so it was a day late ugh) & I luv what Resistance bands do. I use the 2 light levels (green & yellow) for most of the reps. I use the lightest (yellow) level for P.T. on my foot for trying to get it to flex. Gonna take some time I'm 64 & need to be careful not to redamage my ankle. I gave the 2 heavy levels (red is heavy & blk is Extra heavy) to my son who isn't a SM boy he's very strong & works out so it's perfect for him in-between gym trips. Very good quality & they stretch pretty far & as far as the Resistance will go. I highly recommend em. I wanted to add that this sm co has the most amazing incredibly caring customer service. They truly have a compassionate heart they did 2 super nice things for me (won't say what cause they might not be able to do the same for others as others situations could be different from mine but trust me it was an incredible thing. They know what it is 👍🏻👍🏻💞💜) as it was out of the blue. I truly appreciate it & them. Highly endorse these bands & no bad issues with them & the quality of the bands & holding up is awesome. These were easy to understand the different resistance efforts. They were easy to use for the intended purpose and had positive results. They held up with dozens of uses over a couple years with good tension integrity still.

After having a foot surgery and later trying to get myself back in shape I gave myself a wonderful set of medial shin splints and probably strained my soleus muscle too. After talking with a podiatrist (pre-surgery and post) I was told I needed to strengthen my ankles. Some of the exercises recommended needed some resistance bands. Further reading in how to prevent shin splints also suggested using bands. When I found these, which gave me multiple options, I decided to try them.I found the extra light band not very useful for me, but the medium and heavy were perfect, the extra heavy is a challenge to maintain proper motion and the light is probably just a bit too easy.There were some work out instructions but they were not very helpful and didn't give any suggestions for exercises. They were basically just some safety tips for using the bands.The bands themselves are excellent, easily portable, and give you options for using them just about anywhere. I've used them while waiting in the car, slip one end over my toes and work my calves or over the headrest and work my arms and shoulders. They come with the little mesh bag and take up basically no space at all making them easy to take to work where you can do some exercise at a desk even.If they came with a set of band exercise suggestions I'd say they would get 5 stars. They are well worth the price as far as I am concerned anyway.

Bands are good for hip or ankle, wide enough to support weight and don't dig in. Rubber is smooth and doesn't catch any hair while moving or stretching. On the better side of quality than other bands i have used before.The included case is convenient for storage.My first pack had the light green band come with a manufacturing defect (poor joint, holes) but the supplier sent out a replacement immediately. I didn't even miss a workout!A+ !

This brand is a great quality.

I have had this for about 5 years now and I keep then in a cool place in a bag with a little bit of powder in them so they do no rot out. Recently I was using the blue band with just a limited stretch exercise and it broke where it was glued together. I cannot really complain since it last so long but I wish it lasted longer.

I bought this set of bands at a great price , and I'm quite happy with them. Although the lightest-resistance band is so easy to stretch that perhaps my elderly mom could benefit from using it for some gentle arm movements, the remaining bands provide a good range for me. The company even thought out a logical color scheme, with the easiest band colored yellow and the two tightest ones red and black. Mesh carry bag is nice, making them easy to keep tidy and excellent for travel. If you haven't used bands before, they're well worth trying, as they can be used for many different movements, and they're a gentle way to ease back into exercise if you've been sedentary for a while. You can get a good workout without spending a lot on bulky dumbbells--although those are terrific, too, of course. All in all, I highly recommend this set of bands and am glad I came across them on Amazon.

Amazing product! Great to use both for resistance training and some rehab (which I use it for the most).

The bands have a nice resistance in the stretch, each one has a noticeable difference in the amount of resistance. Even the lightest band still offers a good beginner workout to build strength. I'm very happy with the purchase and the carrying bag that came with them. A pamphlet comes with the bands to help get started with exercises, also included is a link to a website that has even more great information. Overall it is a great package.

Order arrived in full and on time with parcel posted through letterbox as will fit in the Amazon packaging it comes in.Product came well packaged and completely undamaged.All components were included, nothing missing.Each band was individually packaged inside box, and those individual packages inside drawstring bag.Drawstring bag will be good for taking multiple bands to the gym without misplacing them.Have not yet put to full use but opened the 'Extra Heavy' band and seemed strong.Easy to use and appears to be durable - indications that other people have had their's "snap" seems unlikelyFit for purpose, would recommend this product.Helpful links to video also available - great bonus.Best value for money that I was able to find on Amazon UK
