DockLinQ 30pin Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter Receiver for Bose Sounddock and Other 30 pin iPod iPhone Music Docking Station

This is a cool little product! I had an old Bose SoundDock that I thought I would have to get rid of when my old Ipod stopped working as it had the 30-pin apple connector, even though the speaker is still great. This adaptor has saved the day! It comes in a small case together with a small aux cable for the 'Aux out' jack and really is plug and play. I plugged it into the SoundDock and turned it on, located it on Bluetooth devices and connected immediately. I can now play music from my phone and the sound quality is great. Very pleased :-)

Literally plug and play. Pairing is easy and it works well with no discernible lag if watching something on your other device.

Bought a used car with a hard-wired 30pin iPhone Dock lead (see pics). Bought this device to enable me to play music /DAB /postcasts etc from my phone through the car speakers, via said in-built lead. I run an android phone (Huawei P30pro) and it connected to the Bluetooth device immediately, no fuss, with strong and reliable connection; powerful enough to have the phone in a cradle on the dash and the device in the bin under the radio with the door shut without issues. Sound quality is perfect, no hint of any 'digital distortion' or odd robot noises. Clean and in stereo. One thing I will say is that I hoped (but doubted) that it might be possible to use the device to make and receive phone calls via this system. Nope. It connects to my phone as a media device, and as such doesn't work for calling. Ie you can't hear the other person's voice through speakers. Small negative in my case, but probably a huge advantage of you already have a Bluetooth handsfree kit - it won't interfere with that. Overall, well built, nice and small but solid, high quality materials, smart design, work A1, super impressed, highly recommended for the purpose described.

Works well with Sounddock II. Fits firmly on dock base and connects via Bluetooth easily. Indicator light is quite faint and on/off switch has no markings on it. Range seems good with no drop out through walls.

Recently purchased an old Bose sound system (from a charity shop!) & bought this unit to convert it to Bluetooth. I'm not a technical person, but it was just so easy! Plugged DockLinQ in , connected to my Android phone Bluetooth with no problem, and now playing my music. The sound quality is excellent, which you would expect from Bose, & certainly not impaired in anyway. Unlike some others who commented to say their remote didn't work, the remote for my Bose system continues work to work just fine, apart from skipping songs, but you can do all that from your phone, iPod or MP3/4 This is an amazing piece of equipment! Technology is fabulous when it works as well as this tiny unit does. So far so good and would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent product. Far better than the Layen option which omits an annoying buzz.

The item I received was not compatible with my MusicStation dock, despite the product description stating that it was.

Connects easily enough initially but often have to reconnect on further use. Sound is ok, bit tinny and lacks base and volume is very poor, have to crank it right up on sounddock to hear anything at all. Considering this seems to get the best reviews I was really disappointed so I dread to think what the others are like!

Ho utilizzato il DocklinkQ Pro Invery per ridare vita ad un miniimpianto audio amplificato a valvole Fatman con connettore di ingresso per Iphone/Ipod a 30 pin. La consegna e' stata veloce ed ho ricevuto il pacco perfettamente imballato prima dei tempi previsti, in pochi giorni. L'adattatore bluetooth 5 funziona perfettamente, avevo verificato preventivamente che il mio amplificatore fosse nella lista dei compatibili fornita dal Invery. Il suono rimane sempre buono anche spostandosi con la sorgente BT connessa in stanze vicine all'amplificatore, ho usato sia device Apple che Android, il chip Qualcomm CSR BT 5 in questo adattatore migliora sensibilmente la stabilita della connessione radio, la latenza ed in definitiva l'esperienza di ascolto rispetto ai dispositivi con chip della versione precedente BT4 che lasciava qualche dubbio sulla opportunita' di connetere le sorgenti via radio piuttosto che con un cavo. Sono molto soddisfatto e contento di aver dato nuova vita ad un impianto obsoleto nella connettivita' delle sorgenti ed averlo reso utilizzabile con tutti i dispositivi sorgente digitali BlueTooth attuali. La ritengo una soluzione validissima che consiglio senza dubbio anche per i vecchi SoundDock BOSE su cui lo ho testato per verificarne il funzionamento con vari generi musicali che suonano sempre in modo indistinguibile dalla connessione diretta non radio.

Ce connecteur bluetooth est extrêmement simple à installer et fonctionne parfaitement. Idéal pour continuer à utiliser une enceinte munie des anciens connecteurs Apple. Les fonctionnalités de la télécommande de l'enceinte sont désactivées par contre.
