Its not a smooth kind of water the way the Acwell licorice toner is or the way the etude house soon jung toner is. It also is not viscous at all in case you were hoping for that. I recommend using this after a toner because it takes longer to absorb into your skin without it. I layer it 2-3 times and it leaves this oily slip feeling which i personally enjoy. It makes my skim smooth and calms down my acne as well. Ive already repurchased it.
