63XL Ink Cartridge Combo Pack Replacement for HP Ink 63 63XL Ink Cartridges

I have an HP Officejet 5255 printer. I've purchased this ink from eJet about 13 times and I love it. I did have trouble with my last batch, just the color ink stopped working one day, I had bought it months before (return period passed) and was worried I was out of luck but I messaged them and they helped me trouble shoot. It still wouldn't work so I sent them a pic of the error message and they replaced my ink free of charge within 2 days! And I didn't have to mail back the non-working one which would have been inconvenient. Definitely worth the $avings vs name brand stuff and this XL ink lasts a while! Twice I tried to buy from another off brand company because of a few dollars in savings & the ink never worked, I kept getting the incompatible message & honestly, I don't want to have to mess with it for a day to try to get it to work. Ejet has never let me down. The only thing I've noticed, not every time, but when the ink is just about gone my printer will say "incompatible ink cartridges installed." That's basically how I know it's time for a new batch. If you do have any problems contact them through Amazon (not an Amazon AI rep but the actual seller) or via the info on the sticker they include in the box. They actually care and can help. They also include a green bag for recycling old ink cartridges, you can drop it in any outgoing mail box, I use the drive through one at UPS & it mails for free. I will continue to buy from them for as long as I have this printer. I've included pics of the alignment page which is always flawless and the ink levels that show up on my printer. P. S. I paid for this out of my own pocket, no freebies for my review.

The product did not work, however after calling customer support they sent me new cartridges. I received them in 2 days. And I want to add I bought them as a back up, when I tried installing them it was months past return date and it didn’t matter they made good. I will buy from them for now on.

I've had bad experiences with knock-off cartridges before but these worked perfectly. My HP printer recognized them and immediately started printing.

I purchased this item 7-8 months ago and it worked for a few months, but then I got an error message that said there was problem with the color cartridge. I looked into it and it said there was likely a failure of the chip in the cartridge that communicates with the printer. It should be under 24 month warranty but I’ve now contacted Amazon customer service twice and the ejet manufacturer twice to get a replacement under warranty with no resolution. Do not buy from this manufacturer. It feels like a a scam.

UPDATE: Aug 19/22 - The Seller reached out to me on their own volition and replaced the cartridges for me. They arrived today and I installed and the print is excellent! Excellent Customer Service! Thank you! The black cartridge is completely full and started printing blotches and now I can't print anything because the printer is giving me an error to check the print cartridges. The printer is now completely unusable. These cartridges are garbage!

Stopped working after printing less than 30 pages, Trash!!!

So there are genuine HP cartridges. They just have been refilled. That way it doesn't mess up with HP printers and everything functions correctly including the ink monitoring.
