SAMSUNG Galaxy Watch Active (40mm), phone ,Black - US Version with Warranty (Renewed)

I got this watch as a BDay gift. What was really attractive to me at the beginning was that the main screen displayed all the parameters I wanted to have at a glance: time, date, temperature, battery percent and steps. FUNCTIONALITY - It took me a very short time to learn how to use its health features: steps, calories burnt, heart beat, stress level, workouts, etc. I also have an option to connect with a community of people who use this watch to track their activity habits and get motivated from each other but I have not used it yet. FEATURES - One feature that is especially useful is the sleeping pattern measurement. It shows the time of light sleep, REM and deep sleep and it gave me the insight needed to improve my sleeping habits. I also love the steps and burnt calorie feature, which together with the food calorie count plus the water and caffeine count is very helpful for my weight loss plan. AESTHETICS - the watch is elegant for a hi-tech gadget. The copper surround of the black dial is slick, while the wrist bend ( a very pale salmon pink color) is extra soft and looks almost white under bright sun light. I would highly recommend this watch because it is functional, its features are very motivating for a healthy lifestyle and it is pretty.

The watch by itself is amazing. I'm here to review the fact that it is a refurbished/renewed electronic.It was delivered super fast, it came in its original box, all accessories came in the box and were original (or at least that's what they looked like), looked and felt brand new, even came with protective plastic peel-off stickers. So far the unboxing experience was intact.Now the important thing; the watch. The only negative I could find is that it did not come with the peel-off stickers (but that's expected). Apart from that, it was in perfect shape. Mint condition. No scratches, bumps, dust, not a single sign of wear. Aesthetics 10/10. And after a few days of use I can confidently say the same for the internals, battery runs as advertised and all functionalities work just fine.I love it, it's an amazing extension for my phone (an iPhone) and a great fitness tracker. Gives me all notifications I need, helps me stay active (hence the name), looks modern and stylish... it is great.If you were hesitant to buy it, this is your call to do it. Even if it is a refurb to save a few bucks. You will love it too.

As far as battery life, I can't really answer that. I bought this for my son, and I have them turn in all their electronics at night, so the watch gets charged every other night. It is usually reading below 30% on the battery. I don't know how long that 30% would last, and during the day, the watch is almost always going off because of snap chat. I don't think the use of a smart watch battery on a 13 year old, would be the same as an adult. Easy to use, easy to set up, and a really great accessory for anyone but especially for a child. No longer are my texts being ignored or not seen. It's great for when they are at school and you just need to leave them a note like "you forgot your keys, they are ..... so you aren't locked out in 10 degree weather" and such. Great seller, delivery on time, and was everything that was expected.

I had this watch just for one or two weeks before it started acting up. It would not function correctly, as you see in This video. It started flickering flickering back and forth and would not respond to touch. I tried customer support but they were no help. So I requested a refund. Amazon NEVER sent me a QR code to return the watch! They did send me a refund, so I called Amazon to ask why I didn't get a QR code. The customer service rep told me that I didn't have to send it back. Then weeks later I got a notification from Amazon saying that if I didn't send it back, they would take the refund back and charge my card again. So I called Amazon again and was told that I definitely did not have to send the watch back. The watch is useless to me! I still have it, but it sits in a box useless because it's broken. So, this week I got a charge on my credit card for the watch! I couldn't believe it. I called Amazon again, and they told me that they would refund my credit card as soon as the charge was processed. They told me once again I don't need to send the broken watch back. But now the charge to my card is official, no longer pending, and so far I have not seen a refund. I'm so frustrated that I have had to make three phone calls to Amazon, begging for a QR code so that I could simply return this broken watch. And all three times I've been told I don't need to return the watch, and yet I have been charged again for it. I would absolutely love for an Amazon rep to try to help me with this issue!

Purchased this because I was interested in a smart watch/fitness tracker but I didn't want to spend too much since I knew I would be a little rough on this as I'm using this for working out as well as normal everyday use. Overall I'm very satisfied with the watch so far. It's very light, and comfortable though the 40mm face is a little on the small side if being use strictly as a watch, but for working out it's nice that it doesn't interfere or get in the way of movement. Additionally the battery lasts more than 24 hours the way I'm using it which is better than I expected.I was a little nervous buying used and some of my fears were warranted, but solved quickly. The watch itself arrived and looked brand new, there were no scratches or dents and everything functioned perfectly. The watch only arrived with one of the two bands that come when purchasing new. The band was the smaller one which just fit on my wrist using the last hole available, additionally it showed some minimal wear. The band works fine, but worth mentioning. A bigger issue was the third party charger which came with the watch. It would cause the watch to overheat and stop charging after sitting for about 5 minutes. I called amazon and this was corrected the next day.Overall for the price paid I'm extremely satisfied with what I received. Just know you're purchasing a refurbished product and that you may encounter some issues.

I was scared to order a refurbished watch. But I am so pleased. I had to replace a Galaxy Active 2 that I had worn daily for about 2 years. The "downgrade" didn't affect me in the least as the few features that the 2 has were ones I did not use. The condition of this refurbished watch is nearly perfect. And the battery is better than what was left on my 2, before it died. I use always on display, and it still lasts all day. My 2 was alerting me of a low battery after about 13-14 hours, which is not terrible given how hard I used it. But I totally expected the same or worse performance from this refurbished product and was pleasantly surprised! It was absolutely worth the money.

I don't think I can say enough good things about this watch... You can texted alot can record speech from your own mouth being right next to it. It won't record conversations. It's not a spy watch.. it has a network that tells you how much stress your having. It can control your calendar reminders and do everything except play music and be a speaker. I just gave my cat a bath with it on. Totally waterproof. Love's it.

The reason I rate this three stars is because only a month into owning the watch, it had difficulty or even stopped charging, and the adapter felt weird. To be clear, I treat all my devices very carefully and try to ensure the least damage/wear possible. At that time, there was no physical damage whatsoever, and I never let the battery get too low, nor did I leave it sitting on the charger long past the time it hit 100% charge. I contacted Samsung and was able to get it repaired, and I found out that the battery was very damaged and the charger was not an official Samsung one. I had never seen an official Samsung watch charger before, so I assumed the one that I had (though it looked sketchy) was the real one that came with it.I bought the black version and got the black one, but on the Samsung website, it shows up as a rose gold watch. Both, the serial number on the watch and on the website are the same. I think this is very odd.

The smart watch is great. Comes with everything in the box, but as you can see, I switched out the wristband. Definitely worth your money and I would definitely buy one again.

I love the way this watch looks (rose gold) on my wrist. It is not as big as other models which works on my smaller wrists. Works better for me than a fit bit, with a lot of great features. It would be nice if it came with a metal band rather than a rubber band.
