Where do i begin?! This book was a real eye-opener. For someone who deals with anxiety daily, i needed a reality check. This book has helped me understand that it is not my partner who should be understanding of my anxiety and walk on eggshells around me, it is my also my job to learn triggers and control my anxiety. I especially love the chapter about Possessiveness. Boy did i not know I was being possessive. This book has helped me be more open with my partner about my issues and feeling. A must read if you yourself suffer from anxiety or if your partner does.

Finished this book in one sitting. Easy quick read and so fulfilling. I caught myself many times thinking “aha yep that sounds like me.” I felt like the author was speaking directly to me. It’s comforting to know I am not alone when it comes to relationship anxiety. Each self help book assists me in making progress towards healing my inner child and learning more about myself. Thank you!

It covered many of the things I struggle with. But it was a breath of fresh air because it put the responsibility on me. Instead of saying your partner needs to be more understanding. This book was real and to the point. A very good read and has helped me a lot in my relationship.
