I have never written a review of any kind before, but this kettle has inspired me to tell the world how great it is! The Cosori Gooseneck Kettle with Five Variable Presets is simply one of the best products I have ever owned! I have now bought seven of them because I love it so much, I want everyone I care about to have one too. I bought my first one in December of 2020 for myself. I loved it so much, I immediately bought two more for my daughters. Since then, I've bought one for a dear friend, one for my daughter-in-law, one to replace the one my daughter accidentally set on a hot burner of her stove, and now one to keep at work for all my coworkers to enjoy along with me. What's so great about it? First of all, if you've never tried pour-over coffee, you're missing out. I had an electric kettle before this one to boil water for tea, and it worked fine but all it did was boil water. When I started using the pour-over coffee method, I found out how good coffee could be, and I wanted a kettle that would get the water just right. When I found this one, with heat settings for not only coffee, but various teas and a boil setting, I decided to try it despite a number of reviews that complained of rust inside the kettle. Psssh! Just take care of your stuff, people! This thing works flawlessly, gets the temperature just right for whatever hot beverage you're making for the absolute best flavor, and cleans up like nothing I've ever seen. (I will never again have a nasty drip coffeemaker sitting on my countertop!) And it's beautiful! As I mentioned earlier, I bought my first one in December of 2020, so I've had it long enough for any potential problems to come to light. You can see in my photos that it is still in perfect condition. These are photos of the one I've owned for over a year - I'll be taking it into work on Monday to share with my coworkers. Here's my whole routine: 1. Heat the water according to whatever hot beverage I'm making (usually coffee), pour any excess water out of the kettle, and put it back on the base WITHOUT THE LID. The kettle and lid dry quickly, and I've never seen any trace of rust. 2. I have hard city water so when I start to see white spots in the bottom of the kettle (believe me, you will), I just pour in some white vinegar and let it sit for 10-20 minutes, then rinse until I don't smell vinegar anymore. Look again at the photos of the inside of my 14-month old kettle and its lid - no rust or no lime deposits - every part of it still looks brand new! Just don't set it on a hot stove burner like my daughter did. The bottom of the kettle is plastic and will melt!

I bought this mainly for pour over coffee and it’s been great. The gooseneck spout gives you really good control over the pour, which makes it much easier to slowly saturate the grounds compared to using a regular kettle. It heats water surprisingly fast and the temperature presets are convenient depending on what you’re making. I usually use it for coffee but it’s nice having the options for tea as well. The controls on the base are simple and easy to figure out after using it once or twice. It also looks really nice on the counter and feels well made. Compared to a normal kettle, the controlled pour and temperature settings make a noticeable difference when brewing coffee. Overall it’s been a really solid kettle and a big upgrade from heating water the old way.

Works well. Looks great. Perfect size. No leaks and boils fast.

RECENT UPDATE: Recently COSORI reached out to me and remedied all my concerns and sent me out a brand new kettle and it’s working and looks amazing!!! So happy to be able to make my teas again. It’s amazing how different your teas taste when heating to the perfect temperature. CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS TIME WAS PERFECT! Worked great the first 2 1/2 years - loved that it has different temperatures for different types of teas and all. Used it frequently because how hot the tea I make needs to be and just made the tea taste the best. My only concern is it just started to act weird making strange popping noises when heating up, sadly not long when the warranty ran out. It started getting finicky a few months before that , it wouldn’t turn on sporadically. Then it would and heat up fine. I also noticed that around the spout near the bottom where it bends before connecting to the pot the black paint started to peel a little. But that didn’t bother as much as the very loud popping noises it would make so I just quit using it and got in touch with the company. But of course since the warranty is over they wouldn’t do anything about it. So now I’m in search of a different but similar tea kettle. In my humble opinion it should have lasted a lot longer thena few years. I’ve had coffee pots and blenders that have last way longer than that. Sadly I won’t be purchasing from this company again as I think they should stand behind their products. But if you want a tea kettle that does all this does (which is wonderful) but only lasts a couple years. I’d recommend it. Cord length is great, the auto shut off works perfectly but the ease of cleaning because of the small mouth of the pot makes it a bit of a challenge to clean well. I just made sure I rinsed it well after each use. That seemed to work.

Wasn't sure about the goose neck spout since I never had one before. Took me couple times to not get the all over the counter but now I love it. The kettle is really cute and easy to use. It also matches my husband coffee maker lol. My only criticism is the water marker is inside the pot and it hard to even find the marker so I usually just eyeball it.

Works very well. It has a wonderful aesthetic. I think it was worth the extra <$10 for the Bluetooth features. The pot itself is very sturdy and well-made. The base is also solid and metal. The touch-buttons are a snazzy edition. The pot heats up the water very quickly. I deduced 1 Star based on 2 things: cost and the handle. If I must be honest, I wish they offered a more premium feeling handle. It’s a solid plastic, but it still takes away from the overall feel. I would bite on one that cost yet another $10 for a wooden handle. A wooden handle would make this a 6 star pot! Bottom line: great tea pot with wonderful features. I just wish they offered a nicer handle. I would buy this again and I would recommend this product to a friend.

購入してから結構な日にちが過ぎました。 今までの使用しての感想を書きます。 最近は増税クソメガメのせいでいろいろな物が値上がりしてきてドリンクも気軽に自販機で買えなくなってきました。 そろそろ冷えてきて水筒で温かいコーヒーやら持って行ってるのですが、その時にこの温度設定が非常に役に立ちます。 家では設定通りコーヒーなら90度に沸かして飲んでますが、水筒にこの温度を入れて持っていくといざ飲むときに熱くて飲めなくて火傷しそうになります。 ストローで熱いの飲んだことがある人は解ると思います。それと同じで地獄を見ます。 それから何回か試して、70度が程よく熱く飲めると解りそれ以降はそうしてます。 他のケトルでも温度設定があって、物によっては63度とか細かく設定できるみたいですけど何回もタッチ連打しないといけないぽいのでめんどくさいなと。 このケトルなら電源ボタンと好みの設定温度をタッチするだけなので朝の忙しいときには少しでも手間が減った感じでありがたいです。 使いやすさと見た目のかわいさも気に入ってるので☆5でございます。

J'adore ma nouvelle bouilloire. J'étais habituée avec une bouilloire numérique avec températures pré-programmées,je ne vois pas comment je pourrais revenir en arrière. Je bois du café espresso instantané et il ne faut surtout pas que l'eau bouille pour ce genre de café car c'est un café finement moulu et beaucoup plus pâle . J'ai remarqué qu'il y avait des bouilloires avec des réglages de température à roulette ,ce qui pour moi est insensé et inutile,c'est seulement un opinion de ma part car je ne connais pas ce genre de bouilloire et ne voulais pas prendre le risque d'être obligée de penser à qu'elle température je dois faire bouillir l'eau, disons que j'ai autre chose à penser spécialement le matin avant de prendre mon café donc cette bouilloire me convient. Vous dire que le look de cette bouilloire à cou d'outarde n'a pas influencé mon choix serait un mensonge, avouez qu'elle est vraiment jolie et moderne ? Aussi mon ancienne bouilloire à commencé à fuir après seulement 1 an d'utilisation (bouilloire numérique avec température pré-programmée de Hamilton Beach), je n'étais pas trop contente c'est sûr sauf qu'étant donné une blessure au dos,à l'épaule et au cou dûes à un accident de voiture,j'avais dû mal à faire mon café le matin à cause de la pesanteur (1,7 litres) de ma bouilloire et c'est pourquoi j'ai optée pour une plus petite bouilloire (celle-ci) .J'hésitais de prendre une 0,8 litres car je bois 2 grandes tasses de café le matin, une après l'autre et me demandais si ça serait mieux une d'un litre sauf que le look de celle-ci a capté mes intérêt et je vous jure que j'ai bien fait car certains commentaires disaient même que la fonction de garder au chaud était quasi inutile étant donné qu'il ne restait plus d'eau après avoir fait le café . Je ne sais pas si ils ont regrettés leur choix mais c'est faux. Comme j'ai dit plutôt, je bois deux GRANDES tasses de café le matin (grandeur tasse de McDonald's) et je me suis dit que le réchaud n'était qu'un gadget...mais non je remplis ma première tasse ,ma bouilloire garde la température et quand je suis prête pour boire mon 2' café,bien l'eau est prête à verser. Très contente de ça ! Un autre point,c'est le câble s'insère totalement sous le tableau de commande sans que ça traîne. Le bec verseur à long cou d'outarde est aussi un aspect très positif quand vient le temps de verser l'eau. Pas besoin de peser vraiment fort sur les boutons pour qu'elle s'exécute, seulement effleurer et le tour est joué. Le silence de cette bouilloire m'étonne, on se demande si elle fonctionne, donc un autre point positif. Le bip sonore est aussi agréable et je suis aussi en harmonie avec le fait que l'on puisse décider de le faire marcher ou pas. Certains commentaires disaient que le bip avait disparu après quelques utilisations, il faut que vous teniez pressé le bouton température pendant 8 secondes pour qu'il fonctionne et tenir pressé 8 secondes le même bouton pour éteindre, une fonction que j'adore. Et que dire du look de cette bouilloire moderne, jolie et pratique. Une garantie de 2 ans est aussi offerte, espérons ne pas en avoir besoin. Elle me semble robuste et faite de haute qualité. Il y a aussi qu'elle est noir mat ,donc pas difficile à entretenir et les traces de doigts n' adherent pas facilement sur la bouilloire. Cette bouilloire est tout simplement un bijou sur mon comptoirJ'espère avoir aidé à vous faire une idée mais moi je recommande cette bouilloire à 110% et suis très satisfaite de ce produit Cosori. Allez-y n'hésitez pas pour avoir un bon café ,cette bouilloire vous rendra heureux. Bon matin mais surtout bon café,vous ne regretterez pas! Merci Amazon !
