the rolls of string are huge, so this product will definitely last you a while. the string is extremely stretchy, and it doesn't snap if you stretch it too far. however, if you tie it in just a double knot, the knot will sometimes come undone if you stretch it too far, so if you're making bracelets or somethin with this make sure to triple knot it :P the string does get frayed easily, but that's the only significant inconvenience. it also smelled kinda weird when i opened the package. other than that, this product is very high quality and useful. it's especially great for making kandi bracelets :)

Stretchy and comfortable for bracelets. Good if you want to make kandi. Knots stay put. Just make sure your beads are the right size!

Great for making kandi

I use these for making kandi singles, cuffs and necklaces for music festivals and raves. This is an excellent product with very high durability, easy to use, great stretch and great cost. I've noticed that the black string has less stretch than the rainbow and white, but is still excellent quality. My favorite without a doubt is the rainbow string. Paired with clear beads and a black light, the string actually glows (mostly the pink, orange, yellow and green areas. Not so much with the blue and purple areas). All of my kandi making friends have asked where I get the rainbow string from and have bought it for themselves to use because it looks so great. There is a very large amount of string on each spool and I've made several hundred kandi singles (plus dozens of cuffs and necklaces) and I still have string leftover. I will be continuing to purchase this string for all of my future kandi making endeavors and highly recommend this product.

A little pricey but I think this will work out well.

Took like 2 and a half weeks to come in, but it was worth it! Thin enough to hide the tied knot under a bead, which is what you want to do with Kandi bracelets so the ends do fray and get caught! Can fit just about any size bead-hole on it! Much better than the thicker elastic cord I got from Walmart that was very thick and comfy, but frayed so much, and could not fit super small beads on it, and if it did then the beads would make the elastic fray and push it down. I use this product to make waist beads and other elastic jewelry. I wanted something with a fabric covering and this is perfect for that. I also received 4 rolls in my order 2 white and 2 black!! I do not know if it was intended but I’m thankful. The rolls are an awesome size as well. Very large and worth the buy. I will be making plenty of waist beads from this purchase, and when I run out would buy again 100%.

Affordable and does the job.

I bought this cord to restring my olive pit bracelets. I previously used the clear elastic kind, but it lost its stretch and became loose after a while. This string is a bit firmer and holds its shape much better.

Really good string. My 8 year old finds it easy to use and tie.
