Fantastic pens, that write well & do not smear easily — difficult to find color, as well…navy, which looks like a midnight black, imo. Perfect shade…not quite black - not blue. Highly recommended.

I've been using this brand/model/size/color for more than ten years and just love them. Every year or so I need to buy another dozen because two or three have run dry and the rest have been "lost" (usually that means they have been "appropriated" by someone who likes them as much as me). These pens are comfortable to hold, the ink flows evenly, the color is a nice contrast to either light blue (just called "blue" by Pilot) or black, and there seems to be a large quantity of ink in each one. For the "out the door" cost of just over $1.20 each it is a hard value to beat. One note of caution: don't run them through the washer or dryer. The washer tends to break them and the dryer tends to cause them to partially melt. The dryer is the device that really causes a mess and can quickly ruin a load of clothes. I've been pretty lucky so far but I also try to be careful about leaving them in my shirt pockets. None of this can be blamed on Pilot, of course, and is probably the same for all pens. No one makes a dryer-proof pen that I know of! Overall, I give these pens 5 stars and highly recommend them!

First off, I am very picky with pens. They have to feel perfect in my hand, they can’t make that scratching noise when writing, the ink has to flow perfectly, it has to be fine point, and it CAN’T be gel (I hate gel pens)! About a year ago, my favorite pen ran out of ink and I entered into pen hell....because my favorite pen was no longer being sold. That began my quest for a new favorite pen. I can’t even begin to tell you how many brands I went through, because I honestly don’t know. I would get a new one and it didn’t work for me so i would give it away. It was a vicious cycle lol. I had never tried the G2 pens because they’re gel, and as stated above, I hate gel pens. Finally, I had 2 different friends recommend them to me, both promising that they would be unlike any gel pen I’ve ever used. I’m glad I listened, because they were right! These pens met every criteria I had for a pen! I really think I like them much better than my old favorite! Normally, I only use black ink pens, because I don’t like blue. When i ordered the G2, I thought, what the heck, since I’m going against everything I believe a pen should be (not gel), I’ll order something other than black....so I ordered navy blue. I absolutely LOVE it! I’m telling you, if they ever quit making the navy blue G2 pens, I will be completely devastated. Yes, I’m obsessed with pens!

Definitely a good pen. Light weight in hand. Doesn’t run or smear. Dries fast. Bright colors in navy and original blue. Clips in pocket easily.

The Pilot G2 gel pens are some of the best pens I’ve used. The ink is smooth, I especially like the navy blue color—it’s very dark, almost black, which gives it a professional look while still being a subtle alternative to standard colors.

If you're considering the navy over the regular blue or another color, go with the navy. The color is just a touch darker, but still noticeably blue in a well lit area. But these are also great for the classic style, grip, and the gel doesn't bleed as much as ones in the past have. Maybe I am using just new ones and they don't bleed as much at the beginning, but compared to older G2 pens I have had in the past, the bleed through a single piece of paper is not there anymore. You could even use some papers double sided or utilize both sides of pages in a notebook, but I think you can still see darker text on the other side of a page and I just still use one side as I use notepads.

Buena calidad, muy agradable para escribir con poco esfuerzo (funciona perfecto para zurdos). No se corre la tinta, y cada pluma dura mucho tiempo. Además, el color es muy difícil de conseguir en otras tiendas.
