Do all the indicators have that flowing mode or just the front ones?

Yes both front and rear have flowing indicators.iv had them on about a month and are working fine.brake and day running lights are surprisingly visible for the size

Do they have these indicators in a larger size

There seem to be alternatives (check the dimensions) . These were my ideal as replacement to some small bulb indicators that went stealth like with the bike, but didn't show well. Even though these are small, they light up pretty good . Cheers, Bob
