This is simply the BEST smartphone holder I've ever purchased. I've tried 6-10 different types, but this one holds my LG G3 perfectly(easy to get it in and out of holder), sticks beautifully (very good suction that also has a sticky surface for increased hold, and a very solid mount. Not like the gooseneck mounts that bounce all over in the vehicle.

I have but ONE small complaint, which is that the lips of the grabber are a little short if you have a larger phone in a larger/robust case. I've noticed that with my phone, I have a small attachment on the back of my case that increases it's thickness a couple millimeters which seems to interfere with the ability of the holder to grip the phone properly. For me this is likely a more unique situation. Nonetheless, I would rate 5 stars if the lips were about 1/4" longer. If I use it higher up on my phone where that attachment is, I have zero problems at all. Suction is excellent, and due to the stickiness of the pad, is very unlikely to "wear out" over time with use as all of my previous "suction cup" holders have. I imagine this will last a good long time given the quality of construction. Another point, is that the joints of the phone holder DO have stiff holds, so I haven't noticed any movement of the holder while going over bumps or during rough roads, which is a MAJOR PLUS for me! My other holds would pivot and move if I hit a hard bump, and this baby stays right where I want it :-)

I was very excited to receive my package an couldn't wait tyo install it. It was made well. But It wouldn't stick to the dash board I follow the direction but it was a no go.It did stick well to the wind shied , But I drive GMC Sierra pick up truck an I'm on the short side I can't reach it comfortable. I do think its made well held the cell in position didn't move around only thing I can see wrong with this product is that it stick to the dash.

**UPDATE** It took a little over 7 months but the suction cup started to "slide" down my windshield. This happened with my last holder and I thought it might have been because I would remove it and put it back so this time I placed it and left it there. As you can see in the photo, it became gooey and slid down my windshield. I removed it, cleaned the window (icky sticky and not easy to remove) and washed the suction cup, dried it and put it back on the windshield but it slid again within 2 days. I won't place it on my dash after I have seen how gooey and sticky the clean-up would be. I just bought one more to try out and see what happens. This Florida heat is not kind to our cars. I still like how versatile the unit is. You can adjust for just about any position making it easy to use my phone as a GPS unit or a camera recording my drive. **Original Review** This is what I have been looking for! The suction cup actually stays in place.(that is the most important) no matter where you place it on windshield or dash, this holder is designed in a way that you can position it at the perfect angle for you. The suction cup held steady even while I was making adjustments with the phone in the holder. The phone can be positioned vertical or horizontal and the grip conforms to your phone for the right fit. I'm using it for a Galaxy Note 4 in a protective case. Arrived on time and item is as described.

Seller was excelt, it arrived in time with no issues however the items was not as expected. the holding aparatus did not have any give. understadable to hold the phone however very difficult to manage with one hand when taking or putting the phone off. if you are using a case then the ohone will not fit and will fall off easily. had to return the item.

great little holder/mount - no complaints on the SCT X4

I have been trying to find a good window mount for my Samsung note 5, heavy big phone!, I took a chance and Baught this as it was relatively cheap, and it blew my expectations out of the water! Very adjustable, and very good quality suction cup. The auxiliary cord holder is definitely a plus if I'm listening to music! Overall very happy with the product
