The box only says "Product of California". They are very good, I pair them with a pecan or two. These dates are large.

What temperature is used to dehydrate these dates?

I dehydrate them at 160 degrees for about 3-5 hours, depending on how many there are. Hope this helps!

Yes. After a year or so they may form crystals, but still good.

We suggest leaving the tray of dates protected by the mint sleeve so they can safely stay in the pantry for up to 9 months.
