We used the bracket to hang a 1/2 inch wall mirror and was able to rest the bottom of the mirror on the bracket without scratching. It holds very strong the mirror was about 17lbs I toughed on it after just to make sure and was very snug. The mirror I had was a standard full body mirror. The set comes with another set of hangers that will leave less room between mirror and wall, This one which is L shaped leaves a bit more room no bother but I just like a neat looking job. The packages also comes with anckors for extra support. you can either use both sets with all 4 sides of the mirror or just 1 set like me to hange mirror. If your mirror has a wood thick frame around it you will only need to use 1 set. if the frame is skinny then you can use all 4 to directly seat mirror in place. My installation was just screwing this into the wall and using the triangle hook found on back of most mirrors.note: tools needs are just a plain philips screw driver, and levelernote: for professional installation tools needed are a drill and drill bit (dont have size as i did not use this method), philips screw driver and a levelerthe leveler is so that the mirror does not look crooked. this is very cheap and a great add on item that works great.this is not just for mirrors you can use it for pictures as well or to hang coats or hats. it provides great support. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for a heavy mirror *by S***T on October 27, 2024* These are excellent for holding up a very heavy mirror for our 1/2 bath downstairs.
