Motorcycle Helmet Lock Anti-Theft for YZF-R25 up-2019 YZF-R3 MT-25 MT-03 up-2020 -Black

Installed in less than ten minutes (seven of those involved looking for my Allen keys) and was a perfect fit on my 2017 R3. Works better with my helmet that has the ring attachments (HJC) than with my slide-click-lock one (LS2), but I just slip the hook through the straps between the buckle and the adjuster slide and it works just fine. After I got it installed, we started looking for them for the other bikes, but couldn’t find any for those models (GS500F, SV1000S, and CBR1000RR) but are hopeful the product line will expand. 10/10 would totally recommend.

It looks okay it's kind of flimsy feeling. And the paint quality is very poor. I literally tapped it and the paint just flaked right off. Otherwise I think it'll slow down anyone from just grabbing my helmet when I go into the store for a couple of minutes. As far as fitment, it fit fairly well

Installation was easy. I like that the screw that attched the lock portion to the bracket is protected by the latch when closed. The locking mechanism does feel a bit flimsy, however, so I'm not sure how well it would hold up to someone really pulling on it. Additionally, if someone wanted to (and had the right sized hex wrench with them) they could just take the bracket off entirely. None-the-less, for the price this provides much better security again low-level attacks than leaving a helmet unprotected would.

This bracket essentially does what it was designed for, it's fairly sturdy, easy to install and use, but what fascinates me is how subtly this accessory blends with the bike. If you don't need it; it is as if it isn't there at all!

Had to hit it with a hammer to get it to sit right. Holes weren’t lined up. It’s a good deterrent but you can tell it’s pretty cheaply made. All in all not bad to keep the random hobo from walking by and just grabbing your stuff.

It worked great for 6 months until the the lock fell of the bracket and disappeared on my last ride.

Great little helmet lock for the 2018 Yamaha R3. Install took about 5 minutes and looks clean on the bike. Works well too in keeping your helmet low and more out of sight then the seat lock and way safer and more secure then just leaving hanging from the handle bars.

I recently got a newer bike and locking the helmet under the seat was way more difficult. Bought this so I could lock my helmet to the bike with more ease. That's about all this is good for. I wouldn't use this for an expensive helmet or if I lived in a high theft area. The lock itself is very finicky and if someone really wanted to, they could yank your helmet right off the bike with enough force. But if you need convenience, then this does the job. Buy it for that and not the security.
