I go through a ton of these bags. New England coffee is incredibly priced for the quality. Perfect medium strength with amazing aroma. Caffeine is perfect and can make as strong or as light as you want. Delicious!

Let me start by saying, I’m thankful for reviews. I love coffee and usually stick with a few select Black Rifle or Death Wish coffees because of the smoothness. But I also like trying new coffees from time to time. I can only drink smooth, low acidity coffee and that’s what I look for in reviews. After reading many reviews on different coffees, I chose the New England Breakfast Blend. I was surprised to find that it was a Medium Roast (they are usually Light) but after a little deliberation I was sold. The aroma is warm and inviting and first sip was heaven, I savored each sip and every cup. It’s clean, with a smooth texture, almost creamy, no after-taste, just a delightful flavor. This is by far my favorite coffee. I’ll be stocking up.

This coffee is absolutely delightful! The Breakfast Blend has a smooth, well-balanced flavor that's neither too strong nor too weak — just perfect for starting the day. The aroma is rich and inviting, filling my kitchen with that classic fresh coffee scent that makes mornings feel a little more special. I made the switch to this brand a few months ago, and I haven’t looked back. Yes, it’s a bit pricier than Folgers, but the quality more than makes up for it. With cheaper brands, I often found myself dumping half a pot because the flavor just didn’t hold up after the first cup or two. Not the case here — every cup is consistently delicious. It brews easily, works great in my coffee maker, and offers excellent value for the price. If I have leftovers, I pop it in the fridge and enjoy it as iced coffee later in the day. No waste, just great taste. I’ve tried many brands over the years, but this one has truly become my everyday favorite. Great tasting coffee. A little more caffienated than I could handle, though. If I understand correct, the lighter roast coffee is the most caffienated. And, believe it or not, darker roasts have more flavor, but less caffeine. I think it must be true, because I favor medium-dark roasts, and have no ill affects. But this stuff made me jittery. So, if you like plenty of caffeine, this is the stuff to buy.

I tried the New England Coffee Breakfast Blend Medium Roast, and it turned out to be a really nice, easygoing coffee for daily use. The flavor is smooth and not too strong, which makes it perfect for mornings when you just want something simple and comforting. I brought some to work, and my coworkers really enjoyed it too always a good sign! It’s the kind of coffee that most people can agree on. I also shared it with my family at home, and they liked how balanced and ոչ bitter it was. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a dependable, crowd-pleasing coffee.

Typically, I expect a breakfast blend to be smooth, and a medium roast to have hints of nuts and chocolate. It's difficult to write a review saying "I didn't like the flavor" because flavor is subjective, but I will do my best to describe the flavor so others know what to expect. New England Breakfast Blend Medium Roast is very citrusy. The initial impression is acidic and, in my opinion, too sharp. I tried brewing a few pots and used varying methods to see if I had made an error, but they turned out the same each time. Finally, I started adding cinnamon to the grounds: that's when I felt the coffee was "right" and enjoyable for a breakfast cup. The cinnamon added depth and richness, which is what I feel this blend is really missing. Here are some positives I did find about this product: the value. This is a great value per ounce, especially with the price of coffee rising. The color. My expectation for medium roast is a caramel color which this coffee matches. If you prefer coffee that is nearly tangy in its citrus notes, this would be perfect for you.

Whether I measure precisely or add a little extra water, the flavor still comes through clean without tasting thin or overly bitter. The roast level feels intentional and even, not flat or burnt, which helps keep the cup smooth rather than sharp. The appearance of the grounds is uniform and fresh looking, and the brewed coffee has a nice rich color that matches the flavor profile. Caffein content feels moderate and appropriate for a breakfast coffee, enough to wake you up without feeling jittery. Overall, this is a solid, reliable blend that delivers easy enjoyment if you want a true medium roast that stays smooth and low on acidity.

Balanced and rich without bitterness or a burnt taste. Excellent and full bodied coffee
