I initially used the small movable arm to hang on the hooks, and it did not keep the caddy in place. Anytime it was hit, it fell off or tilted off the hooks. Customer service followed up with me on my purchase, gave me the correct instructions with a picture, and I was able to snap the caddy into the hooks.
