They are absolutely amazing knives. You will not find anything sharper, that stays sharp almost forever. Just be careful not to drop them, although they will withstand quite a bit of rough treatment... they can sometimes snap. However, even when the tip snaps off (as mine did about 4 years ago!) the knife remains absolutely brilliant.
