Is anyone experiencing issues mounting the HD audio cable on the mobo with this case?

Question 2

How many ssd will this hold without purchasing extra caddies (which don’t seem to be available in the US, according to others reviews)?

You can store up to 2 Sata SSD on the back of the motherboard panel. Sata HDD you can store up to 12 if you manage to find more caddies.

Question 3

When two 5,25" drives are installed the front fan bracket doesn't fit. Are there CM options for an alternative shorter front fan mount made available?

No there is not. And you cant get any parts for this thing even if there was as cooler master will not actually sell you anything for it. 
And they will not send you any missing parts either. I have been trying for 5 months to get fan brackets as mine came with non!!!!

Question 4

Just got case. Can’t get fan or lights to turn on.  Anyone know how to get it to work?

My lights took a bit to figure out. You need to plug the fan and light stuff into that board on the right side (when facing front of case) inside the door. Then give that thing power from your PSU. Then I think you hook up the wire FROM that board into your motherboard. I had it working perfect for a while, but at some point my lights came on and stuck that way. I will fix it eventually, but I have a feeling the lights on this thing are kind of hit or miss. I personally don’t like the lights so I don’t really care much. Oh and there is a button on the top front on the right side that controls the lights. It’s actually an up/down dual button thing. If you hold it for like less than 10 seconds it should toggle it on or off. The up/down toggles through built in modes/colors. I think the top most option is what allows your motherboard to actually control it, but it may be the bottom most, not 100% sure. Check the cooler master pdf of the instructions to see a picture of how that board should work. Do the same for your motherboard to see where to connect the fans and lights. Good luck.
