Perfect for bore honing and cylinder refinishing
The hone size listed on the product is the bore it is intended to be used for (or slightly smaller bore will work)

The Flex-Hone® tool is a surface refinishing tool that will is used to refinish and restore cylinder bores. The surface finish is dependant on the grit used. The tool is used for applications like engine rebuilding, hydraulic cylinders, brake rebuilding and general machining operations. Flex-Hone® Tool can be used with honing oil or engine oil. If honing hydraulic cylinders use the intended hydraulic fluid for the lubricant.
