However, it has worked just as advertised for me. It came in the mail fine with everything it was supposed to and it works just as it should. I can fit a couple of rounds of ice in the bottom bucket WITH the scoop in there as well as long as I place it appropriately. It breaks up the ice normally just as a normal tray would and the lid helps to stop any spills!
