Review: Good viatamins at a great price. - These are convenient, They contain 90% of what you need if you are a bodybuilder, Probably 100% if you're just a health nut, And they are a fraction of the cost of buying the included vitamins individually. I've been taking these for several months and they seem to be potent and effective. Yeah, It's a bunch of tablets in a pack. It's also a bunch of a vitamins too. I don't know that you could take everything that's in there and get around that. You can't beat this price and convenience!

others are definitely better but this has the combo a body builder needs if you go anywhere else you will have to get a multi and a mens and still may not get the aminos... i have been taking them for over 20 years off and on when im training and i know my body well and they definly do what they say...the energy is a plecebo effect i take my second at dinner and go to bed...but if u need liver and prostate help on top of the bb building blocks...you really cant beat it for the money . i have had others try to offer me the chance to sell their products but i would have to take them to promote something and i just dont feel like others compare. when u have a supplement company thats been around as long as arnold u know u have a quality product....these pop up by nite companies u need to watch
