Can my baby use this product a lot?

Yes, the toy can be used for many years. You just need to be good about reconnecting the wings if they are pulled off, and you need to be good at keeping tract of the coins. I think we are down to 2 at this point with the other MIA. I'm sure years from now the other 3 will turn up.
