This product is runny which can make it hard to get it on your hand and into your hair without spilling everywhere. It does not have a stopper so it literally just pours out of the bottle. It does not smell like coconut but the smell like the original head and shoulders shampoo. I still have flakes and have been using this for a week already. Regardless I would expect to see you fairly quick results within a day or two.

Not a fan did not change anything on my scalp- I get a little dry skin and was hoping in the winter this would take care of it for me and my daughter but it had no change. Just made hair less manageable.

If you have tenacious dandruff, this isn't your shampoo. I recommend squeezing fresh lime juice on your scalp (make sure you get all the nooks and crannies), and washing it out after 3 hours.
