We've ordered replacement toner cartridges from this company several times. The print quality and color are great. Installation is pretty straight forward. On one occasion we received a defective cartridge but the company sent a replacement the very next day with no issues. I would highly recommend them!

I have purchased both the black and color cartridges and I will have to say, for the discount compared to quality, you can't beat it. I had to contact the company regarding an issue my printer was having and they immediately sent out replacements. They were so easy to deal with, very quick on the delivery and good communication. I highly recommend this brand and company. Good customer service goes a long way.

I was skeptical that putting a recycled and/or non-HP print cartridge in my printer would work. I was preparing for some error to pop up on my Mac O/S, Printers & Scanners, Options & Supplies, Supply Levels reading, but nope it shows all full. Then I was preparing for poor print quality - and again nope - all good. So for the $20.38 price I paid (which HP charges $80+ for) this is a great option from TRUE IMAGE (Compatible Toner Cartridge Replacement for HP 131X). Whether this is actually an "X" in toner volume I will find out. But for $20 if not that is still a deal. And! the company appears to be in the USA, Anaheim, CA so even if they gets parts out of USA, it's nice to support local businesses. I'll be using them to replace my color toner moving forward if this Black 131 X provides what I'm expecting.

For reasons unclear, the prices HP wants for genuine OEM toner cartridge replacements are obscene. They say their quality is higher and, arguably, it is. But I can't fathom how that translates to 3x or 4x the price! So I look for 3rd party cartridges that will do a decent job, just like you're doing right now! This is my 2nd set of these cartridges - the first set produced results pretty much indistinguishable from the original HP cartridges. Nice! Unfortunately this 2nd set looks like it might be a different brand? Or the packaging has changed. Anyway, this time every page has faint blue (cyan?) smudges on the right half of the page. (Well, not really 1/2 the page...more like the right 25% of the page.) I tried to carefully wipe off the blue (cyan) drum but it made no difference. Maybe the problem is the wiper blade? Anyway, if you need *perfect* printed pages (e.g. you're printing invitations for a wedding) then grit your teeth and pay HP's ridiculous prices. If you can live with rolling the dice to land somewhere between perfection and very faint smudges at about 65% to 75% less cost then here you go: take these dice and go for it!

It fit and works perfect. My screen did say it was not a HP replacement... But it had no issues and printed beautiful documents.

Toner cartridge seems to work well with M276n. This is the 2nd time I've used a true image black in the printer. Currently using a set of True Image color cartridges. I tried a different brand replacement cartridge and things did not go well under heavy use (presentation printouts). Ended up with a big cleanup job. The true image cartridges seem to work well under heavy use. I will continue to use this brand.

I purchased a black ink cartridge for my HP Laserjet Pro printer mid-July 2021. Upon installation the printer would not recognize there was a cartridge in, I searched the internet for over an hour looking for a solution (didn't come with very detailed installation instructions) before I finally realized all of my color cartridges had a little chip on the left side of the top of the cartridges and this one did not. I searched in and all around the box that I had not moved since opening it and could not find a chip. I decided to just stick the chip from the empty cart. I was replacing the new one. The printer finally recognized there was a cart finally, but said the ink was low, of course! I stuck it out though because it still printed and the ink was solid no problems. The printer doesn't get used very often at all, maybe 5 times a month for small prints, but here we are March 2022 and my printer refuses to even print anymore because it thinks there is absolutely no black ink left...I know for a fact that the cartridge is not empty already after 8 months of light use. Was it supposed to come with a chip?? who knows, nothing to do about it now!

the cartridge is still over half full but copies are very light. print quality is very poor.
