EKLIND 51620 5/16 Inch Cushion Grip Hex T-Handle T-Key allen wrench

For HVAC, there is a set screw on the shaft of the blower wheels. You'll know it when you see it. It's a 1/8th and has ALMOST ASSUREDLY "locked" into place because of rust and time. If you try to use cheapo allen wrenches, it will only end in tears. You'll either snap the allen key, or you'll strip out the screw head. If you strip out that screw head, then it's really, REALLY bad. That's where this item comes in. First of all, it's LONG ENOUGH to reach inside the blower wheel. Because of the design, you need a long enough Allen key to even reach the screw. You'll know what I mean when you see it. Second- HANDLE Torque; This is reminiscent of the drum keys I used to use when I was in highschool band, they had handles to torque the drum heads down and allowed fine adjustment. This tool is built the same exact way-- able to "fine tune" whatever you're adjusting with it, not just hvac hampster wheels. Third; Quality, I had no issues with this. No bends. No flimsyness. Well-made. Final thoughts.... I absolutely appreciate the handle grip it feels good in your hand when using it. The cost is ON-POINT for the type of item this is!!! Autozone, Advance, Oreileys etc all want around $10++ for a SINGLE t-key!! And they don't compare in quality to this one!!! Save yourself some time, and buy this to have in your storage for when the time comes where you need to replace a hampster wheel. So far in the last year I've had to use it three times. Twice on an old RV furnace blower, and again on a "portable" air conditioner unit. Keep in mind, most of these set screws are the same size being 1/8th for hvac applications.

Very good quality. Size is correct for Moen handle. Length works well and easier to use than short handled wrench. If end gets damaged just file or grind new surface. Same size entire length.

I got this because the tiny hex/Allen wrenches for m lok rail systems suck, especially for things like a foregrip where you need some length. This solves that problem. Plenty long for any sort of accessories you might need to install and he rubberized handled gives you plenty of grip and leverage.

This is a very specialized, quality, sturdy tool, and is a good value for the money. Having a set might be the way to go if you can keep track of the tools.

I got this to remove a fan from the range hood over the cooking stove to clean. I've been using a regular hex allen wrench with quite difficulty whenever I cleaned the fan until I found this. This is long enough to reach and remove the screws that secure the fan more easily. I wish I got this sooner.

Handy little tool

Ya know what. I didn’t happen to have that tool I need to change the plate on my floor jack. Ouch. Not even in the bigger tool box. The Allen is just that big odd size. Great price fast delivery. Actually very next day. Nice rubber grip is very well made. The money was well spent for the darn odd ball size that I needed and it won’t get lost. It is very visible n my huge tool box. It was very easy to use due to the t handle grip and design. Yes it take space. But dog gone worth every last penny of what I paid for it. Spot on. See what I mean by it sticks out. Easy to spot. 😎

This is quality machined and is an exact fit. Great build quslity. The large handle makes it function well and is easy to grip. Is a great value for the money.

Great quality tool. Handle provides good leverage to tighten set screws firmly. Would be even better if the shaft was stamped with the diameter, but given my use case for these, it is not an issue.

Just the right size that I was looking for. Other Allen keys in my toolset did not fit the wheelchair parts that I was adjusting. The shape of the handle also makes it very comfortable to use.
