It is a little cheaply made tho. The massage section came with a broken/ out of place section, that I popped back in but it it catches on my foot any time I use it. It is big enough for my size 13 feet and the center comfort beads are ok (a bit weird and not that great for a massage though).Overall the footrest is 6" high in the flat position, which is about 3" higher than I need. A slight tilt makes the height 5 1/2" (heel) to 7" (toe)). So this footrest seems to be good for people that really need a lot of height. It is smaller in width than many footrests. I like the non-slip surface. The construction is solid. My last footrest had a pivot, so the angle was a lot more adjustable. This one has just four angle/height settings. I found one that works for me. No complaints.
