Never really had need to use it, so can't really comment on how or if it affects the sound. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does it's job at the best price I found on the web. *by T***5 on 24 April 2022* Paid around £14 for this and it seems to work well, especially in conjunction with a normal pop shield. Only knocking a star as the plastic collar that goes between the screw and mic had slipped to the end of the foam inside and was a pain to get out, nearly gouging the foam. As long as you're careful getting it out then this shouldn't deter those who need this product from buying.
