so far so good. i was skeptical about ordering this refurbished dell computer. i have only had it for two weeks but am very happy and surprised just how well it is performing. fast! quiet! and easy to set up, with my wife's help. value for dollars spent is hard to beat. i am not a gamer and do basic online use and watch videos. for my needs, this computer is more than i would ever need. i am purchasing the extended warranty. for the price, i think it is worth the money spent even if i never used it. set up was easy. enough ports for my needs. i had an old dell inspiron but with unsupported windows ten, it had a lot of issues. this is quite the upgrade for me. if anything comes up, i will update this review.

I am using this for a basic email and web surfer machine. It is very fast..... looks and runs like a brand new machine. Came with a new keyboard and mouse (not refurb) but the most basic cheap KB and mouse. The machine specs out exactly as advertised. Even came with CD/DVD player/ burner. The case is small form factor, so do not get it with the expectation of getting and doing a lot of upgrades. There is a PCI Express. There were NO unpleasant or unexpected surprises. Runs super quiet.... really not bad at all. Here is the deal as to why its so cheap for the most part. The copy of windows is an OEM version issued and licensed exclusively to Dell. You do not get a copy of Windows on disc with this machine, you get a hard drive with an image file on it ( the main drive has a partition on it) which is where the copy is located. You can do full factory restore from that partition and set the machine up like it was the day you got it and it will activate and be a legitimate copy/machine.... BUT it only works on the machine it shipped out with (or one just like it) Microsoft has almost reached the end of life with Win 10.... set for about Oct 2025. I ran the test to see if the machine would take win 11 upgrade and it says NO...however a Google search results many people saying they have run it just fine. The primary reason it fails is the processor. It is not in the recommended list of processors that Microsoft recommends for Windows 11. It passed on every thing else. And like I said there have been many folks who have said they have installed it (win 11) and it is running just fine with this very processor. In conclusion at this price it is almost basically a disposable cup...wait I mean PC, LOL.... you could just buy a new one every couple of years. Or you can do as I am going to and get the latest copy of Linux / Ubuntu Wilma and run that. (free for personal use) You can burn a copy that will boot and run from a USB drive if you want to try before installing (I have no affiliation with Linux or make any thing off this suggestion, its just something I personally like) Ok to end this, I have worked on/built computers for the last 30 + years and have quite a large knowledge base and I just can not find any reason to complain about this PC/purchase.

Well, when browsing around for this tower I was very skeptical but to be refurbushed, I got a winner, I tell you I hook it up to my Monitor and it instantly work very fast,and the most part Windows PRO downloaded so fastly. Please don't let this buy pass you by beacuse you will not regret it. And the Tower is not small , I will say Medium. My Tower look brand new and very quiet and the Keyboard was not hurt at all no scars or scatches nor the Mouse. Yes, I will purchase it again and Kudos to the seller.

This thing is such junk! Took me 3 hrs out of the box to do all the updates and it kept freezing up. Then kept restarting me. Here's what really did me in that decided to run it for 2 weeks to see what would happen. About 9 or more times a day will loose keyboard and wifi. You have to unplug an plug back in. This morning it did the mouse .. I run a autoparts business an need a compact as it sits up inside my desk. Well I now have cut a whole in my desk to none stop unplug and plug all day long... my wifi signal is strong. All other computers and tvs running great. Just this one is junk. Now I have so much time invested into putting my business stuff in this im very agrivated. Add said some scratched. I open the box. Looks like it was slid down a ramp or thrown.. very agrivated with this purchase

This was a very bad experience , from the time I open the box clumps of dust fell out of the front screen on the face of the computer. I new it was refurbished but this looked rough right out of the box. It was to be WIFiI ready it would not recognize the Adapter it came with I had to buy one and the computer did boot or pair with my printer after endless tries with a technician and they could not get a adapter to work . 2 days later we did get Microsoft to let us open 11 that was when I decided this is old and tired and needed to return it , I called the tech support explain my troubles getting this up and running the adapter troubles and they said " very sorry" twice and hung up that was high tech "very sorry click. Amazon was gracious and took the return. I have bought refurbished before and will again, but it depends on who is doing the refurbishing. You don't get to see who the third party is until you get the computer it was done in Canada. I trust Amazon they stand behind you if you buy Prime. I ordered another one, hope it isn't the same third party. I can't give any star because it never worked right but a 5 star to Amazon so I give it 5 for Amazon

Machine hardware works great, however I had a well known windows 11 problem with the usb mouse and keyboard randomly stop working , requiring a reboot to make work again. This is a software issue, and a VERY common one. I have no issues with the machine itself. It was in good shape, with no visible scratches. The problem with the keyboard and mouse can be fixed if you get a PS/2 (purple and green connectors on back) that are specifically for those devices. Otherwise you have to mess with usb drivers which can be frustrating if you don't know what you're doing. The machine is fast and works well for the intended task: basic 3d printing slicing.
