When these arrived I was feeling really unwell with migraine, nausea, tense achy muscles, fatigue, low mood and brain fog. Well I stuck one on my rib area at 4pm dragged myself around the park to walk the dog, and not long after I felt my legs beginning to relax, then my body, then more mental clarity, headache reducing, minute by minute I began feeling better…. By 5pm my headache was 85% better, my mood was back to bouncy self and happy, head clearer, fatigue improved. The effects were significant and I’m amazed! Woke up next day migraine gone… yay!! My B12 serum test always come back high but I often don’t feel well for no apparent reason, and fed up with it, saw somewhere that apart from tests for different markers that are hard to get done anywhere, the only way to know if your low (despite high serum levels) is to take injections or patches and see if you feel better. I’m so delighted with the results of these patches of B12. By the time I removed it 24 hours later I had noticed I started to feel like I had more energy. I had a Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumour removed from my stomach in 2013. My food is not absorbed correctly now. I have experienced general fatigue ever since as many crucial nutrients are not absorbed as before. I am already on GP prescribed D3, Folic Acid, Ferrous Gluconate and calcium. I have added up my GP doses and can see that even plus this patch the numbers are still acceptable. These are working for me. I like just applying this once a week. I hate the taste of normal multi B Vit tablets. This patch has no smell. It sticks very well when dry. But the second time I used it I stood in the shower for ages and when I was towelling dry I noticed it had come slightly loose. I only had 2 hours left on it, so stuck a normal plaster over it for those 2 hours. In future I’d either wait or stick a cover over it before showering or take a shorter shower. What an easy way to take vitamins. Update a year later 18 March 2021. I have noticed if I forget to use the patch weekly and it’s a few days beyond that, then when I do take it I feel a noticeable improvement in my well being and a surge of energy the day after. Update 21 July 2022 I have found the best dosage for me is a patch every 5 days to feel most energised. The one thing I like about these patches is that there is none of that Vitamin B smell lingering in your mouth after for hours. I see I’ve bought this 22 times. That has to be more than anything else I’ve bought on Amazon..

I bought these in April 2020. I have used two of the four patches and they do not stick well. I made doubly sure on the second patch that my skin was clean, dry and hairless ... just in case I got it wrong the first time round. By the morning the patch was unstuck, barely 8 hours into the 24 hours. I assume then I didn’t receive the full dose. I would not recommend them because of this, it’s an expensive mistake

So I followed the instructions and chose a good spot to place it, from its suggestions inner thought sounded good to me. I placed it, left it, forgot, remembered and checked and then forgot again a couple times and it stuck down perfectly for 36 hours before I decided to peel it off. Maybe its an environment + individual skin and oil differences etc. That are making this not appear to stick well to others, or its a bit of that and a bit of user error, I'm not sure, but I do know what I read, and did, worked for me and I have no complaints about that. I found out after buying these that b12 isn't very bioavailable through skin, most aren't actually, so these aren't AS useful as one might first think and hope, but you do still get a bit of something from it, I would say it probably isn't worth the money for the level of bioavailability but for some people every additional way to get some more of these vitamins is worth doing. My medications for e.g. cause my body to malabsorb most common forms of b12 and magnesium and carbonate and lowers sodium levels, and my immune system too, and the doctors don't even do check ups on these things for me and didn't tell me these things, I had to discover it and treat it myself since I can't really come off these atleast not for a while. Easy to use. Not much irritation for me but a handful of times I was a bit itchy under it and tried to itch by itching ontop and through it and it stayed stuck down well. It should be noted that a lot of vitamins are just different acids, so there will be some irritation, thankfully these are 1 a week things and you can move around application areas like you are supposed to.

These do not stick. The adhesive isn't strong enough. They are supposed to be on for a week. I prepared the skin and applied the patch.. about 5 hours it lasted. Waste of money. I tried to get a refund and Amazon informed me that this product isn't able to be returned even though it's rubbish and not suitable to be used. So take my advice and avoid. Disappointed with Amazon too for allowing this product on their website. Total ripoff!!

These are great. Felt like a new person. With regard to them not sticking :Even though I put mine in wrong area of arm muscle,remained stuck till about 3 hrs before due to take off. I just pressed it back as was only small bit. Applying another today and looking forward to it. Difference is Amazing!This time I'll shower.then apply to area of muscle more appropriate.You can always cover it and wrap in a plastic bag. (We do this in nursing) Very good buy. Also my vit 12 deficiency rash was almost gone after 24 hrs. Would recommend.

I think this patch does make a difference and I feel less tired, however I have stopped using as I have had a severe adverse reaction to whatever glue or adhesive is used on the patch itself. First use, I applied on my upper inner arm. I had raised red welts for 5 days. Used a second time on my inner arm just above my wrist. Reaction was less severe however site has remained red and itchy for 3 days now. Unable to use again.

Was a bit sceptical, however- I applied the first patch before bed, got up the next day and felt the best I have in around 6 years. Removed after the 24 hours, and the day after I felt even better. Now on day 3 and beginning to lag a tad, but I know that there is a loading period before cutting back when recieving VitB injections, so tonight I will apply another patch, and will do this every 3rd day for the next week before I start doing 1 a week. Will update soon.
