Will a 7.25 Milwaukee corded circular saw fit in this bag? Thank's!

I have that milwaukee saw and it does fit in the bag. The question will be how much other stuff will you want to put on there. There would be room for more blades. Maybe some other small things. Personally I would like a stiffer bottom.

will this hold the M18 circular chordless saw?

I do not have on of those saws, but the bag has a lot of room, I am reasonably certain that it will, I use it for my battery powered sawzall and there is plenty of room still left for more tools...

Is this bag made in the USA?

No. This bag is made in China like everything else these days.

Can this bag handle 20 lbs of batteries etc?

Easily. It is medium-to-heavy canvas, with some type of semi-flexible stiffener (I suspect plastic, but don't really know). I have this one and many others with power tools + extra batteries + accessories in them, many of those are well over 30-40 lbs and no problems. Some of the accessories like wire wheels have sharp edges on them and they haven't cut through yet. They're good durable bags, I've bought a couple for non-tool uses just because they are well made.
