Nightforce Optics Nightforce Ring Set - 1.500 X-Treme - 34mm - Ultralite, 6 Bolt, Black, 1.5 A216

I had steel rings before and these were advertised as steel rings but they are not. The base is steel and the ring is aluminum. Works great on my 56mm Vortex Razor but way too expensive for aluminum.

I used these scope rings previously and again they have performed great. I like the 6 screw retaining feature on each ring.

I normally use the weaver rings. They can live through a tornado without the scope moving. But they are a pain to get the reticles centered. These NightForce rings are really easy to install. Centering the reticle was a piece of cake. The six bolt design is undestructable. Maybe the most sturdy and toughest I have ever seen. But they shopuld be for $209

These rings are rock solid but ridiculously expensive just like all Nightforce. If you want to shoot 1000 to 2000 yds. on a 50 BMG rifle you need something that will take a lot of punishment (like your wallet just took!)
