SKLZ Professional Grade Strength Training Resistance Band (40-Inch)

After initially getting the SKLZ red band which is really good but I little lighter than I want at times I looked for more from them. As usual with search engines even though I initially typed in SKLZ exercise bands Amazon gave me in the results right at the beginning other brands. I saw a complete set from another brand ROSAPOAR. The over quality of those is ok. However, the 2 heaviest bands in that set needed an in between. The purple was a little easiest than the SLKZ medium red and the Green was way too hard for me. So I came back to Amazon and did another search for SKLZ bands and had to look a little better but did indeed find them. I ordered the lighter yellow to have on hand for my younger daughter and the darker heavier black band. So now I have the lite, medium, and heavy in the SKLZ and they're all dialed in better to me. I get in a lighter still decent resistance workout with the red- medium band and an excellent harder one with the SKLZ Black band. With the bands from ROSAPOAR they are still good but just aren't dialed in as well for me. They should have a band dialed in somewhere between the purple and the green. So for now with the SKLZ bands I am all set. If I get the ability to go heavier at some point, I can always use the ROSAPOAR Green band that I have in that set, but that's not now.

It’s great. I’m an independent personal trainer and a weightlifting athlete; always training and practicing shoulder and hip mobility and flexibility. I’ve stretched this band to it’s max, I’ve be able to get into every position I need to without hesitation or complaints about band integrity.

This is a exactly what it looks like, a big rubber band. It provides enough resistance to do things like side steps, good mornings, face pulls etc but is light enough to use as a stretching aid as well. Nice and grippy, easy to get a hold of.

Great quality, good resistance (not because of band thickness, the reason is that this band is shorter (40 inches) vs 41 inches from the competition.

This product works great. But, if you're in only OK shape, I would be careful that this "light" band already provides a lot of resistance! I definitely would go for this one over the higher resistance bands sold by this company.

Sempre della SKLZ ho comprato sia l'elastico rosso che quello nero mi manca da provare solo il grigio. Devo dire che tra tutti il giallo è quello che mi ha deluso di più siccome il rosso è già abbastanza duro da utilizzare per esercizi di muscolazione e speravo che il giallo potesse venire in contro a quest'inconveniente ma così non è stato. Io lo trovo eccessivamente duro non è la giusta alternativa all'elastico rosso, secondo me dovrebbe essere più morbido considerando anche il fatto che dovrebbe offrire la possibilità di essere usato anche da donne e persone anziane dotate di minore forza, alle quali viene precluso l'utilizzo dei vostri elastici in quanto troppo duri da usare. Il mio consiglio è quello di ammorbidirlo in quanto non avete un elastico sufficientemente morbido tra i vostri per essere suato da persone più debolucce. Invece il rosso e il nero sono perfetti per esercizi pesanti come trazioni facilitate, piegamenti sulle braccia ecc ecc Parlo da personal trainer questo è il mio consiglio, Tanto è vero che ho preso un elastico di una marca diversa per fare degli esercizi contro una minore resistenza.

Riktigt bra elastiskt band. Mellan motstånd och inte speciellt tjockt, vilket är bra. Använder det främst till att stretcha och rotera axlar genom att haka fast det runt något. Använt det från och till i ett par år i samband med träning och det håller ännu.

Very good quality, it's the second band from same company and we aren't disapointed :)

The quality of the band is very good at a reasonable price! The light band has a thickness of 0.5 cm so it won't snap easily through intense stretches like overhead squats.
