is this hangers is flexible? and is it easy to place inside the blind with-out removing the stitching?

You can although it took me ages to work out!! Fold the material in half lengthwise across the opening then you can slightly bend and slide in the hanger. A fiddle but manageable without undoing the stitching. Good luck

I am going to purchase some of these, but firstly I need to know how to fit them?

Just slide into the top of blinds when you have them fitted they will be in dead easy to remove and put new ones in if needed

do you have replacements for the little hooks to which the hangers attach?

Not the hooks , only the hangars. The hangars3.5 inch were perfect match.

No it's 5mm down by 10mm across Fiddly to fit You need to fold the new plastic part as much as you can and fit it in one side at a time
