I have used these therapy packs for years. This is a great quality item, have never had a leak or bust, and they stay cold for 30 minutes or a little longer. It depends on the person and where being used. They are available in different sizes and for different applications. Would not hesitate to purchase again. I have had my originals bought several years ago and continue to use them now. No smells or sticky feel.

This is an ideal way to sooth pain with ice. I purchased this to use on my lower back and it is the perfect size and shape to do that. The fabric-like finish doesn't need a barrier between it and my back. I releases a perfect level of cold to give me pain relief. I recommend this product and will buy other sizes.

Great quality. Better than plastic gel ones for cold. Recommended. Keeps temps.

I love these. Already have 2, ordered 2 more. Their soft and pliable so they comfortably wrap around injuries/sprains, etc. Stay cold for a good while. Keep them in my freezer so they're ready to go when I need them.

I like the softness of the casing. The therapy pack holds its shape well and lasts for quite awhile once it's taken out of the freezer for use. I haven't used it as a hot pack yet. It's easy to use and is slim enough to fin on the freezer door without being too bulky.

Awesome product. I like that is is flexible so when cooling body parts it molds nicely around area needing cooled. It is fairly thin so fits nicely in the freezer.

Freezes well, I'm not sure exactly how long it takes though. Love that it doesn't frost. Heats in about 30-40 seconds, I personally like a somewhat hot heating pad but the corners did slightly burn my lower back when on direct contact with my skin after 40 seconds of microwaving. Loses heat after 15-20 minutes so if I want to use it for longer, I'll pop it in for 10 more seconds. I like the texture of the pad and it's nice that it's pretty flat so it stores well.

The best ice packs I've ever used - comfortable covering (like flanelette), stay frozen longer, fully flexible when frozen so they can be molded around a joint.

Very useful

I ordered these for icing after my knee replacement and they worked well. Easily moldable and hold the cold for a good while. They r thick and have some weight but it was ok.

Once I used a couple of these at someone else's house, ordering my own was a no brainer. You can freeze them for always ready ice packs or nuke them, they hold the heat or cold for a decent length of time, they're portable (great for travel) and flexible to mold in various ways. Highly recommend!

This is my 3rd purchase of this product. I keep several on hand as I need them for my knees and arm. The product is so flexible and when I use it as a cold pack it revives mobility which I much need!!!! Wonderful product!!!
