Super easy to put together and use. Love 100 percent. Very much worth the price.

Definitely works the abs, adjusts to your height (I am 5'10"), simple instructions, easy, 8 steps to put together, all the screws (maybe 10) are already in place, all you have to do is unscrew and screw.

I took one star off because it does wobble a bit, but that aside it's great! I definitely surprised myself a bit when I was able to do a few crunches on the most difficult setting. As for the work out quality, I was definitely feeling the burn right away! Thankfully with none of the aches of regular crunches/sit ups. The cushions are super comfortable! I'm on the heavier side (223) and was worried my weight would make it uncomfortable to do workouts. The workout aspect aside, storing this machine is super easy! You twist the knob and fold it up! It's not heavy at all (Maybe 10-15 pounds at most). Moving it around is super easy, and the color options themselves were pretty great. I'd recommend it given the price and shipping speed, as well as my experience thus far :)!

I didn't expect much with it being under $100. I was able to assemble it easily with the instructions, and honestly probably could have done it with out the instructions. It has adjustable heights to increase workout difficulty, which is nice as you progress or if you have more than one person using it. Its a good length to get a great ab workout in for me (who is 5'6") and my husband (who is 6'1"), which was something I was worried when I first ordered it, that it would be too short for a good workout. It also sturdy enough to hold me, at 185lbs without any sort of indication its struggling, and it isn't wobbly even when getting on and off of it. It fold up with just one easy to turn knob to be stored pretty much anywhere (closet, under bed/couch, against a wall and be out of the way), and is light enough that its easy to move even up and down stairs. The electronic counter is straightforward and intuitive to use, and the battery can be replaced easily without having to do more than remove the battery cover (no need to disassemble). And, though this is just for those who are esthetically picky, the colors are true to their pictures. Overall GREAT product! Highly recommend.

Love it works great just what I was looking for.

This machine is super easy to assemble with screws already in place & it comes with a allen wrench. All you have to do is unscrew & assemble the pieces & screw back in. I was able to complete the assembly process in 15 minutes & didn't even need to look at the instructions to determine what pieces go where. It glides smoothly & the cushions are perfect for your knees & arms. The digital counter is on point & easy to use. I really appreciate how simple it us to adjust to different heights & the option to fold & store make it simple to tuck away in a corner or slide under a bed to save on your space if needed. Overall this machine is great & you definitely get value for your money. Definitely worth the purchase & we're very pleased with this product.

There’s nothing wrong with the machine itself. On the contrary, assembly was easy and the machine is easy to use. The thing is, it doesnt really have much diversity so you’re only hitting one part of your abdomen. If this is for a small space like an apartment it’s really not worth it unless you’re trying to add it to a space devoted with gym equipment. This is not multifunctional whatsoever.

After having kids and going through the change, losing my pooch has become hard. So I started to look for ways to strengthen my stomach area. I seen this on social media and decided to give it a try. Putting it together was simple and didn’t take long. The first time I tried it, I was impressed by how smooth it was. I did 5 reps of 10 to start. The next day I could feel the soreness in my lower stomach area. I let my muscles rest for the day. And decided to make a routine for every other day to build up, I can feel a difference already. I’m very happy with my purchase.

so easy to put together, i was pretty surprised with the sturdy quality! i got this because i find it difficult to lay on the floor to work the abs, but this does the job perfectly! it definitely works, you realllyyy feel it the next day.

It Just arrived today. The instructions were easy. I put it together and tried it out and It’s definitely a workout! Can’t wait to see results. It does fold up easily and flat, and the roller is smooth and quiet.

Easy to assemble, does the job well, easy to fold and store. I gave 4 stars because it could be more solid and robust (lightweight could be an advantage for others), and I received it with done scratches on the plastic cover. But overall, it’s a very recommended device should be at your home.
